GWENT: The Witcher Card Game

I loved Gwent when it was in Beta but not liking the changes for homecoming I would definitrrely play the beta version again

I started to play gwent at the beginning of its existence and at that time I really liked the unique and interesting mechanics of the game. Of course, each subsequent update had its pros and cons, but the game did not lose its charm. I wanted to play again and again, but recently there was a major update that changed everything. Literally everything. And not for the better. The developers did not listen to the players and decided that they themselves know how the players will be better. This game is also ruined. At the moment, gwent is absolutely raw and broken game, which I just saw, and I do not think that subsequent updates will make the game better. Therefore, I rate Homecoming update 1 and leave to wait for a more interesting, ambitious and potential project, coming out in 2019, Mythgard. Thank you for 2 years wasted beta test!

Fell in love with this game in beta, loving it even more now! I burnt out playing other card games that are on the market, but Gwent is a great alternative for everyone out there looking for some new card related adventures. Also Gwent has definitely the best ingame art, it's so damn beautiful, especially the premium version of the cards. I recommend this game to everyone.

The first thing you notice after launching this game is how beautiful it is. Gorgeous card arts and animations, great board design and leaders models, After patches new Gwent is working smoothly. I really like new mechanics like, especially order, it adds depth to the game-play. I'm in love with this game. And Gwent seems very promising for future expansions.

IMO the game is perfect balance between complex interraction mechanics and casual fun. If you don't want to go through the thousands of MTG cards and interractions, but you're tired of Hearthstone - this is for you. The game is very enjoyable and great fun. Especially after Homecoming it feels so much more like a card game. It easily has the most beautiful card art you will ever see. You can probably spend hours just looking at the cards' art and enjoy the premiums. The system is extremely generious, even if you're F2P guy. With the reward tree system alone you will be racking tons of ore and kegs in no time. On top of that you will get daily quests awarding you more, and ON TOP of that you can watch streams for a chance to win even more freebies. Give it a try.
