Mission: Stop the Virus Army’s Uprising!
In a post-apocalyptic world populated by sentient robots, its inhabitants are once more threatened by an old foe, the Virus Army. Defeated decades ago, it has re-emerged from the shadows with a unique goal, complete world domination. Severely weakened Guardian Corps are left with no other choice but to call upon a hero of the previous war: the lone operative, Kai, who harnesses the powers of the mysterious Gravity Circuit. As the world's last line of defense, journey through futuristic environments, and take down the evil mastermind behind this chaos.
Reminiscent of classic platformers from the 80s and 90s, with action dialed to maximum, channel your power into your fists and send foes flying, or grapple them to get up close and personal. In your quest you will acquire many new powers, which will allow you to go even further beyond!
Action packed platforming
By channeling your energy into devastating punches, perform satisfying combos and send foes flying, causing destruction and mayhem in the process!
Save the innocent, and power up!
Stages are packed with secrets and innocent civilians alike. Uncover and rescue them, and unlock new powers!
Single player campaign with 12 stages
Each with their unique set of mechanics, your platforming and combat skills will be tested against an armada of enemies and bosses!

Why buy on GOG.COM?
DRM FREE. No activation or online connection required to play.
Definitely a must buy. It even supports 240p resolution so you can run it on your CRT TV, which I highly recommend doing. Devs put some real effort into this one and it shows.
The GOG version of the game encounters an error in the engine that prevents progress past the main base. As soon as I step in the teleporter for one of many missions, the game locks and throws up a type error. The steam version does not do this. Until the game is fixed, I can only give it one star.

I've never been a big Mega Man fan, only played the first level of the first and that's it. Gravity Circuit had as similar feel but it drew me in instantly with its additional mechanics and great Pixel Art (be it the characters/enemies or the Level scenery) and especially the soundtrack which sounds amazing and fits the level/character themes well! Level design was also fantastic, some were normal but others implemented really fun and intricate quirks you need to adapt to. The combat took some getting used to but for the most part it was pretty good but it feels weird not having a hand cannon lol.
I have some issues, the final boss run felt unbalanced in the early stage, it's a doozy. I also had an issue with how you cant jump or run until your attack animation is complete, that has gotten me many game overs I could have avoided, it also made for a hard time in the final boss. Lastly I cant count the amount of bosses at 1 hit left and the invuln kicks in, shouldn't be so quick to trigger IMO.
Overall Fantastic game, but some bosses are definitely a 'learn from constant failure' type.
8.5/10
Well, this game is stunning with good mechanics, lacks of exhastuing dialogues, and so present you to the world without getting you annoyed with tons of texts or non-sensed content, just straight to the point.
The monocromatic colours fits as though it could never be nothing different but this. I'm way happy that I bought this game.
