Goodbye Eternity

The game has a really nice story with your choices actually having an effect on the story but it seems the developer decided to change direction with the game during develupment. It went from an open style play to a railroad, choose your own adventure book kinda thing. Basically you use to have several story lines you could venture through at the same time and balance your time useage between them. Now it's complete railroaded with a choice every so often to pick which track to take. The actual "gameplay" of the game has been removed. So if you like the old time choose your own adventure books you'll probably enjoy this but I had already played ealier versions so this is not what I expected or wanted from the game. It's not a bad game I'm just disapointed from my previous expectations of the game.

In early access need some polishing but is very promising, not many paths but it is entertaining enough to replay it 2 or 3 more times, the H animations are of high quality, the girls feel alive, and the plot is two points above average. I wish all vns had this graphic level as standard.

Goodbye Eternity is the absolute best game in the genre. I'll be honest and say that I've played a bunch of other games in this genre. Just something that I do maybe once 3-4 months. Throughout past 9 years, I have yet to find anything as polished and well thought-out as Goodbye Eternity. The game has absolutely stunning visuals and a nice story with it's drama and comedy. Would absolutely recommend to try it out if you're into R18 games.

Sure, it's an adult visual novel with all the various tropes you have come to expect. But it is a very well executed version of exactly that. Defiantly will keep an eye on its continued development.
