FlatOut

I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The graphics look great and it used the full 1366x768 rez of my laptop. Nicely detailed cars and damage. Everything looks super and the replay movies are well done. This is a really fun arcade racer. Just pick it up and go! I've only played a little bit, but I'm already having a blast. I'm using a Logitech rumble pad 2 and after some customization of the controls, it's working fine. Good music and sounds, the overall vibe reminds me a little of the classic "Road Rash" game. Definitely worth the price here at GOG.

Wonderful physics and gameplay. Very difficult at times (if you want the gold medal in every track) but always rewarding. Simply one of the best car simulators I've ever played. And the extra games are very funny too. Recommended 100%.

This game is the best racing in 2004 year

i like this game: racing, tuning, crashing. the game is pure crashing fun :) what is missing: you can tune the car for more speed, but what about the exterior?

2 is a fast and lightweight arcade racing game that is easier to play with automatic transmission than manual transmission. 1 has a deeper enjoyment than 2. It's like the old Destruction Derby game, and it's more fun to play with a manual transmission. In short 1 and 2 are similar but different games. I'm Japanese, but Japanese street cars don't need to Flatout.
