Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition

This is a great game. But the DLC Dead Money is honestly not fun. It's a boring and tedious slog; incredibly annoying. By the end, I regretted starting it. Everything else about this game is 10/10. But stay away from Dead Money; the few gold bars you'll get aren't worth it.

Even though the graphic things are awful, hard to image how Obsidian made it even worse with the same engine used by fallout3, and it's buggy, easily to break your saving profiles. Nevertheless, the storytelling is all the way back to fallout2 level, and it's better because your get to see the real fallout world visually, and there are four endings, each of them is think-provoking, need to say that the legion one is half-finished, a lost of the game. Still, it's the best fallout I recommend anyone interested in the whole series to start with, never choose the fallout4, it's awful in its story, totally declines the reputation of fallout. As for the graphic things and bugs, you can find many mod to make up for it, see nexus mod for instance, but don't add mods that alters the original game story, it's your loss to miss it.

Like all Fallout games, it has it's faults but storywise, etc, FNV is the best. I played this one first and it was so good, I bought the others. After all these years, it's still in my 'play' rotation.

Got about 10 hrs into the game then it crashed ever since it loads up the switchs off tried un/reinstall tried it on different machines same problem, then was told it would work with a lot of tinkering and adding mods. Don't know about anyone else but I don't want to purchase a game then spend hours trying to get it to work hence the single star, read reviews on steam and epic and the same problems are prevelent.

A decent RPG, mainly in it's role playing and character choices. The combat is lack luster and you'll be doing a lot of basic "fetch" style quests. A downside I've always seen as a product of the post nuclear apocalypse world of Fallout, is the world is kinda all the same boring ruins with a very washed out color palette, made worse by the fact that now you get to wander across a literal desert. The game crashes like crazy. You're lucky to get 10 minutes without crashing, even when only running mods aimed to aide with bug fixes and crashing. Not to mention I also had numerous quest breaking bugs occur.
