It just crashes constantly
It just doesn't play. I play for about 5 minutes and it crashes. And load times are painful.

Many of the reported issues appear to stem from missing one of the installation steps outlined below. While we work on improving the installation experience, please ensure you follow all the steps carefully.

Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on GOG, since our version is directly compatible with Fallout: London, you will only have to follow these easy steps:
- Install the English version of Fallout 4: GOTY Edition via GOG GALAXY and disable your cloud saves.
- Get Fallout London in our store for free.
- Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
- Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

Might as well be a full Fallout entry!
The detail put into the world matches or exceeds the series best. From what i haven't been distracted from, in the quests the characters are far more human than the caricatures of 4, the set pieces are a bit behind but are still pretty sweet (and stupid impressive for a mod). As for crashes they happen about as frequently as regular initial release fallout games, that is about once an hour or two, although i have had to teleport out of an area causing crashes.

Crashes too much for me...
It started off pretty fun -- I like the vibe/tone of everything. But the reality is that the combination of insanely long load times and I think over 13 crashes now in the first two hours is just too much to enjoy the game. I have a 6k computer that is pretty much an extreme rig, but it's still having problems. It's hard to complain about a free game and I appreciate the effort of the team, but unfortunately for me it's just impossible to get immersed and in a groove if you crash every 10 minutes, and you fear getting into combat (three crashes), or opening any door to load inside/outside (most of the crashes). The last straw was barely surviving a pretty hectic/long fight with about fifteen guys and then right at the end the game froze/crashed on me and I lost all that progress. I'm not super technical about checking for fixes and solutions online so unfortunately for someone like me, I'll have to move on. I do think it looks very promising even in the first hour narratively.

It simply is not working right now
Im sorry to do it, I have a lot of faith in this team and this project, but as of writing, this mod simply doesn't work. Even taking into account that it's a free mod that's made by fans, I can't recommend a mod that doesn't work. There is a plethora of bugs and crashes here that simply prevent you from experiencing the game properly. I will be more than happy to change my review when the game is made more stabil but until then, I can't give anything higher than one star for a non-functioning game.
