Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on GOG, since our version is directly compatible with Fallout: London, you will only have to follow these easy steps:
- Install the English version of Fallout 4: GOTY Edition via GOG GALAXY and disable your cloud saves.
- Get Fallout London in our store for free.
- Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
- Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

What a trainwreck
Much to my regret, I bought Fallout 4 on GOG just to play Fallout London. (I have other versions of FA4 running successfully with mods on console and via Steam on PC.) Regrettably, it crashes ever minute or two -- despite my running it on a high-end gaming PC and having followed the install instructions to the letter. Even worse, despite having over fifteen years of experience working extensively with mods for Fallout and similar games, none of the supposed "fixes" work. Ultimately, this has been a colossal waste of money and time, which leaves me ill-disposed to ever bother with GOG again. Frankly, given how many people -- including all but one of my friends -- are having trouble making this DLC work at all, it feels like a scam just to sell FA4 games via GOG. Never again!

Don't Own FO4 GOTY Edition
Well, was looking forward to having a go at this new DLC but, come to find out I would have to purchase another copy of Fallout 4. Sad day for me as I will miss this, was really excited to play and explore London. I have been watching every video that the team put out showing what was involved with the making and when it would be out. I hope this DLC is met with great enthusiasm and get all the good praise that i believe it should. Thank you, Team FOLON for everything you have done.

Downgrading required - nah I'm good.
Let me know when it works with actual FO4 and not just last years copy of it. I'm sure it's a great mod but I'm not cutting off one foot just to get new shoelaces.
