Many of the reported issues appear to stem from missing one of the installation steps outlined below. While we work on improving the installation experience, please ensure you follow all the steps carefully.

Fallout London is a total conversion mod made by Team FOLON® for Fallout 4 GOTY and requires you to own the base game on either GOG or Steam.
How to install and play Fallout London:
If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on Steam, please click here to access the installation's instructions provided by Team FOLON®. You will have to downgrade your version, then install the Fallout: London via our dedicated launcher.If you own Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition on GOG, since our version is directly compatible with Fallout: London, you will only have to follow these easy steps:
- Install the English version of Fallout 4: GOTY Edition via GOG GALAXY and disable your cloud saves.
- Get Fallout London in our store for free.
- Install Fallout London via GOG GALAXY and launch it.
- Follow the launcher’s instructions, and enjoy!
A Polite Disclaimer
In typical imperial British fashion, Fallout: London will take over your Fallout 4 installation. Installing Fallout: London will make irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves (as the save folder is shared between the game and the mod). If you’d like to play the default Fallout 4: GOTY Edition again, you’ll need to uninstall the game and the mod, and then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

Best Fallout experience in years.
This is the most gigantic, vivid, and engrossing experience I’ve had playing a game since I played Baldurs Gate 3. You can lose yourself wandering around the rich environment, creeping through gang territories on a dark night in the rain, splattering the guts of the myriad newly designed creatures and scavengers. The music, both ambient and radio, is beautifully scored and fits to the tone of the city itself. The ambient in particular gives me nostalgia of Disco Inferno in the best way possible. The only downside I can speak of so far, is that you can see where certain dialogue or areas have been underdeveloped in respect to the whole, stretched a little thin at times due to the massive scale of the project. But it’s hardly enough to break you out of the immersion. Besides that, the process of getting the mod to work on a steam deck with a steam copy, is doable, but may take some time and effort if you are, similarly to me, a bit of a Luddite in regards to modding. That said, it is possible for even someone as new to it as myself, and it’s gotten more and more streamlined as Team Folon continues to iron it out and provide detailed walkthroughs. I highly suggest you pull up a walkthrough, (I used written and video together) and download this beauty.

Brilliant Work, I forget its a mod! Occasional crashes but nothing game breaking yet! 9/10 would get stabbed again

Won't install.
I followed the instructions to the letter. I have the right version of FO4, I confirmed it in the file properties, I confirmed with with F4SE, I confirmed it in game, and the installer tells me I have the wrong version and I couldn't get it running manually. I want the hours of my life I spent on trying to get this to work, back.
