A nice little game about fencing and dashing rogues / folk heroes.
Combat is simple enough but at points may get quite challenging. It's all about timing the parries & dodges, but also about using acrobatics, environment, and its objects to your advantage.
Artwork is appealing, music is very fitting, and the story is a fun telling of 4 adventures, sprinkled with constant lighthearted humour. Also offers replayability if you need that (and want to improve).
A fun fencing game with a lot of charm and humour. The combat mechanics are simple but enjoyable, and ask you to make clever use of your environment, for which there are plenty of options.
The main downside is that it's short.
This game is brimming with fun and passion. combat system is complicated enough to statisfy a gamer that plays Ghost of Tush and Sefu, with additional mechanics that make the game stand alone (kick anything that isnt bolted down).
As impressive as the gameplay/design is, as a jr game dev myself, I am most impressed by the art driection. The render distance system is executed in such an affective and visually beautiful way that i think it deserves a shout out. Backgrounds become watercolour landscapes, retaining thier vibrance and atmosphere perfectly!
