Seems to be working on windows 10
They seem to have tweaked the game to work on windows 10 now, even the expansion works.

Just as I remember it as.
Bought a while ago but forgot to review it. It's just as I remember it years ago. Works perfectly for windows 10. I saw a few reviews rating this low saying it doesn't have The Art of Conquest. It most certainly does. In the GoG Launcher right next to the Play button on the right side is another button for 'Additional Executables. In that tab right at the top is the ExE for Art of Conquest. If you are looking for Empire Earth and its expansion this right here is the game.

Could have been better
I'm not saying this is a bad game, but next to games like Age of Empires II, Age of Mythology or Rise of Nations (I know that one came out a year later) it doesn't have a shot. I remember when I played it in 2001, it lasted about a week, then I uninstalled it and rather played AoE2... However, it's still much enjoyable than EE2 or 3.
