Control the destiny of a fledgling civilization through as many as 500,000 years of human history. From meagre beginnings you must exploit the natural resources around you to build an empire capable of dominating the Earth. But your rise to supremacy will not go unchallenged. As was the case throughout history, rival civilizations are certain to oppose you every step of the way.

New technologies, buildings and weapons become available as your civilization progresses through history. But bear in mind that advancement does not necessarily mean success. Your civilization might flourish during one Epoch only to be crushed in the next...

Childhood Memories

Empire Earth and Age of Empires 1 were my first RTS games. I don't know why, but Empire Earth was my favorite of both games since the first time I played it. It is truly a masterpiece and even today in 2022 I play it from time to time. One of the best RTS games that was ever published!

The first PC game in my life (2003)

When I was a child, I already played EE. At that time, I bought my first computer in my life in 2003, and the store gave me a lot of small games. Including one of Empire Earth, also has traditional Chinese. Then find the elders to take out the game file from the CD and save it to this day. Good game with bad and cheating AI

I played this game when it came out and it was a lot of fun. I also played it as multiplayer. Nice game and nice campaign. The only thing what I dont like and what I think is much better in AoE2 is the AI. In EE the AI has endless ressources (easy to see when you play with open map). So it doesnt matter hom much workers you kill or how good you bother their economy they will allways have enough ressources and can rebuild. I also had the feeling that the AI is hardest of you attack in the mid game and destroy some buildungs. all of the sudden the AI was went 2 3 eras forward. e.g they dont collect ressources but build units and go to next era or in island maps they build towers around the whole island. while you can build 3 or 4 they build 10 without collecting stone So the difference of the difficulties is just that the AI uses their endless ressources differently. Best way to handle is go to the last epoch and bomb the AI out of the game. So you prevent that it will be from 2 eras behind you to 2 eras infront of you. Still fun ;-) Try to make games via IP work to play with friends. thats best.
