Description
Eador is a universe made of countless shards of land drifting in the Great Nothing. Each of the shards is a little world unto itself, with geography and denizens of its own. The power over the shards is bitterly contested by Masters, the immortal beings mortals believe to be gods.

Take the role of the mighty Master and shape the destiny of Eador! It is in your power to deliver the world from ultimate destruction – or to choke it with an iron fist of tyranny. Eador. Masters of the Broken World is a turn-based fantasy strategy game, where the decisions you make affect the world even deeper than the battles you win.

  • A balanced fusion of grand strategy, turn-based tactics, and RPG elements;
  • Boundless role playing opportunities coupled with a massive selection of stratagems and ways to wage war;
  • An intriguing, non-linear story that unfolds in a living, breathing fantasy world.

Note: This game may require additional serial key for multiplayer mode. In case it is not automatically generated in your GOG.com library (open it via website → select the game → More → Serial Keys), please reach out to our Support team.

Unplayable - Not ready for release

Currently the game sounds like an interesting concept - if I could play it. Despite my best efforts to track down a solution or patch to correct it, the game launcher itself crashes upon attempting to open the game or settings menu. Stay away - far away.

Do you own a computer?

If so, buy this game. It probably is a game you can play. I guess.

Lot of potential, but still only that...

Ok, the game is nice. Has nice music, nice graphics, a nice gameplay, very easy to pick up, is for SP (which is what interest me)... but it's under developement. It still has several flaws, noticed in the campaign mode (the part that matters). But, to be fair, the developer (it's just one guy), patches it almost every week, and tries to add new content and kill what bugs still remain. Even better, it will be realeased under linux some time in the future, what makes it even better than most games out there. So: Don't buy it yet, keep checking the homepage to see how the work goes, and buy it when it's finished. :)

Flawed

It's January 2nd, 2014 now, and the game continues to be buggy, crashing here and there, sometimes units become untouchable, unkillable and just stop doing anything. There seems to be quite little content to the game, with the game mostly just devolving to a "fight in a miniscule map against enemies over and over and over again." It's fun for a short while and certainly worth the little money if you can get the game on sale, but just don't expect a very polished experience or for the fun to last.

problematic game

i played well.. 19 hours on steam it seems, Got a lot of imbalance, that can be fixed, but after 5 hours the games get... bland; i repeated the mission over and over again with one more item, so its to see if i catch up with a new goody; and not getting the hang of it and developping my own gameplay etc.. BUT THE WORST PART WAS (because i stoped playing last month or so) was the constant crashing/bugs that would stop you game, aka combat not finishing or turn, and thats not counting the 10 ish times the game just downright died and stopped. so beware an go without expectation on this game. Tl,DR not a bad game, but glitchy, unbalanced, seems like an early beta and campain is bland for quite some time
