Dungeon Keeper Gold™

This game is great. Yes I wish it were "Dungeon Keeper Gold" with Deeper Dungeons and I wish the soundtrack was part of the bundle; but the resolution options are find, they just have to be set. Before you start the game you must run the "Graphic Mode Setup" provided with the game (default under start>programs>gog.com>dungeon keeper.) Once in the game enable hi-res mode by as previously stated all over these reviews and forums, pressing ctrl+r. Here's to hoping they give us the rest some day.

Music and certain speech audio are choppy, and very low resolution graphics...I've played the game before, I know what it should look like. Odds are my system is too fast, which is the cause for the audio issue, but if you advertise compatibility with Windows 7, make sure it's effing compatible with Windows 7...and to think I was about to slay some heroes....

After testing the appalling version EA submitted on the AppStore, I desperately needed the original... Thank you gog.com for this version at a great price... I really missed the 1st person pov.! Great game for a generation who thinks that FarmVille, Tapped Out, and every other darn' freemium game is anything of a good game...

I have been waiting for this day. Can't wait to get back into this classic. Please, let this mean more Bullfrog titles are coming!

I own several versions of this game. Have played through it several times using different tactics. I hoped Dungeons to be spiritual successor of Dungeon Keeper but was disappointed. In DK it is sandbox and freedom which we do not see so often anymore. This game wants you to experiment and think on your own. Do you use only couple of reapers to defeat the enemy or entire army of them? Or use one, possess it and chop the enemy to pieces by yourself. DK2 was a bit watered down for me in some aspects and not as fun. But I played it non the less. My only gripe is that I would like the D3D patch for GOG version. That would make the graphics much better.
