One of the best old schoolish rpgs
DOS has lots of depth and new, always surprising, things to discoveruy for multiple playthrough runs. It totally stands the time even today! The tongue-in-cheek humour, the unique characters and the crazy, off-beat, foes give this game it's special kind of charm. However, even the EE version is still ridden with bugs and the infamous UI - with it's messy inventory and the brainless hotbar-system - is a huge chore. Otherwise I'd consider this a solid 5/5 game.

D:OS Upgrade
This D:OS EE is a fun look back at cutting edge from 10 years ago. Still worth it.

Incomplete almost-masterpiece
A game that has a lot going for it, but the overall impression is that even the Enhanced Edition is bit off from being completely finished. Alas, some places felt like fillers and, on top of that, were clearly in not-quite-finished stage. I completed the game on tactical. The difficulty balance is a bit off – the beginning was tough, the end more of a breeze. The sweet spot was the early mid-game where you had options without fights being pushovers. Still...quite addictive. Don't see too much replayability value tho, at least in single player.
