The eagerly anticipated sequel to the award-winning RPG. Gather your party. Master deep, tactical combat. Join up to 3 other players - but know that only one of you will have the chance to become a God.

The Divine is dead. The Void approaches. And the powers lying dormant within you are soon to awaken. The battle for Divinity has begun. Choose wisely and trust sparingly; darkness lurks within every heart.

Who will you be?

A flesh-eating Elf, an Imperial Lizard or an Undead, risen from the grave? Discover how the world reacts differently to who - or what - you are.

It’s time for a new Divinity!

Gather your party and develop relationships with your companions. Blast your opponents in deep, tactical, turn-based combat. Use the environment as a weapon, use height to your advantage, and manipulate the elements themselves to seal your victory.

Ascend as the god that Rivellon so desperately needs.

Explore the vast and layered world of Rivellon alone or in a party of up to 4 players in drop-in/drop-out cooperative play. Go anywhere, unleash your imagination, and explore endless ways to interact with the world. Beyond Rivellon, there’s more to explore in the brand-new PvP and Game Master modes.

The Best RPG!(so far).

This game is just Great - You won't be able to tell the diffrence bewteen side quest and main quests(they are that good). - It have a great story. - It have multiple stories from diffrent points of view (ex. Human have diffrend interactions in the world then a Dwarf) - Huge content and good replayability , with so many joint stories and diffrent races if you choose to take something diffrent you will have enough changes to enjoy it again. - You have the liberty to be almost everything you want, as a class (You can play as a worrior caster, there are spells which are not bound to intelligence and you could also make a intelligence- strenght build but you will need to be extra carefull) - You can respec infinit times (O_O) - The new armor system is based on equipment which gives either magical armor or physical armor so you need to balance between them - It is turn base (make sure you like that, that is the whole game). - If is too hard go to another place first to lvl up. - It is long, but it never felt boring. - You don't need to know what happend in the previous games but if you do, you will understand many more things that are happening and feel more invested, as an ex. In this game you are exactly the opposit to divinit original sin. GREAT GAME BUY IT(if you like turn base combat) YOU WON'T REGRET!!!

One of the best of 2017

Just beat DOS EE in Honor mode after not touching it for a couple of years, and I cant honestly say which of the two is my favorite. Both games are fantastic, it's actually not a review but more of a thank you to Larian. Look forward to enhanced version of Original Sin 2.

MAYBE Best game ever.

I really loved Original Sin and was eager to play this one. After completing whole game and playing a bit more (100hours) I can say 100% that this is THE BEST GAME OF 2017, but I have to mention, even tho game improved also many things were worse than in original. First of all when you start game you notice UI, the interface in combat, menu, talking, general UI and its handling is MUCH better giving the game, fresh, new, nice and quality look which for me is really important. 10/10 Graphics are not BIG improvement but i really like this new one, old had really hard and weird shadows which made models look weird, this on other hand fixes this and gives game really nice look. You cant say graphics are top quality but they are above good and really nothing bad to say about it, 10/10. Sound is improvement imo also, voices are sounding bit better and music is bit more noticeable but i dont even pay attention to music much even tho game threw nice soundtrack at me. 10/10. Gameplay is really where a lot of stuff is fixed and i really love but i think much more is ruined. First of all to get the elephant out of the room, SOURCE! POINTS!! Who on the hell thought to limit combat by source points, its annoying feature where you got up to 3 points in act 2 to use spells which are "stronger" but in many cases are not and if they are they cost much more SP than you would like making them "once per battle" (or few battles) ability. BIG MINUS HERE!! Now attribute points and skill points, they are not bad but IMO it was much better done in first game where you could put them in "civil points" any level but you would miss out on increasing your combat power and so on making YOU CHOOSE how to advance your character, same with talents, overall simplified part of game (like many other parts) and in the end kind of risk free as you can go to lady vengence and reset character any time so if you make a mistake it is no big deal. What I would like is that they made you could revert your LAST LEVEL upgrades because i could make mistake accidentally but in long run you have to plan out. Spells. Again mixed. I like chameleon spell, making summoner class as new rather than mixed with other classes, this makes characters able to be much more diverse taking many spells from many branches BUT this is a bit too much considering other parts of whole skill system. Memory system might be still new to me even after 100 hours BUT i still feel its wrong and kind of like old better even tho its not bad, also ranger can take

Some good, some strange design decisions.

This is an rpg in a Fantasy Sword/Magic world where you can make a custom character, black/white/man/woman/ dwarf/ skeleton/ elf/ lizard. You can play fighters, thieves, wizards, etc, but everyone appears to be able to do some magic. I tried to make as dedicated fighter as possible, no magic. But yea, he still can do magic. As usual women do everything just like men, they can`t possibility be different... yawn. Without giving away the plot everyone seems to have this thing against `Sourcerers` a kind of magic, so they get imprisoned. The dialogue is quite indepth and pretty good so far, with some interesting sideplots. In many ways it`s like Baldur`s Gate; you can be nice, neutral or mean. However, the way the dialogue works is very strange. It is in 3rd person ie, "You ask him how to escape the Island!" instead of ," How do I escape the Island?" I don`t understand why they used this 3rd person way of talking, it`s really anti-immersive to me. Half the time I`m not sure if my charatcer is talking about himself or someone else! A mistake in my view. Another thing :they have a Narrator voiced saying all the Narration. Why? It`s completely unnescesarry and a waste of good voice-acting in my view. It can be muted. All npc Followers appear killable. One had such an attitude I killed her then wondered if she was a Follower- which she was! I like that flexibility. It`s kind of nice how you can set each new member`s vocation, they become whatever you want to be - although not very realistic. Combat is confusing at first until you realise you have to whittle down their armour and magic defence before you can really take down an enemy. Some enemies are weird. Wanna attack that Saltwater Crocodile? Well in this world, crocodiles are NOT what you expect them to be! The game does not molly coddle you as much as some- There will be a LOT of trial and error as you learn. Which is nice. It also appears to be quite a big game. I give it a cautious thumbs up.

A masterpiece essential to any RPG Fans

DOS2 deserves a spot in the top 5 cRPG ever made, and simply put, it's most likely my favourite cRPG ever. When I'm old and on my dying bed, I have no doubts that DOS2 will stand there alongside Planescape Torment, Fallout 2, and Baldur's Gate 2, and likely above them all. I even bought it twice, the early access on Steam, and the full release on GoG. This was cheap, and it gave me more content that I could ever dream of for those 30£ I spent. More than 300 hours so far, and counting. I could tell you all of those great things that make DOS2 stands out against the competition, but I'd resume it from the 3 following points : - Outstanding companions : I cannot recall in any party based RPG before that I had such a struggle to pick 3 out of 5 companions. It was heart breaking every single time. They are all very different and you want them around all the time. - Second to none no-class system : DOS2 gives you the feeling you have class when you build your character, before you understand there is no class. Most skills are useful in many fashion so you are fully free to build your character as you want, and you could play 10 times and never do the same. - Awesome tactical combat : DOS2 is easy to understand, hard to master, and there is so many more in those fights than in its brethrens. DOS2 doesn't bombard you of a million stats, everything is nearly binary, yet you'll find yourself so much better as you learn it. It is not to say that DOS2 is perfect. There are some choices which will divide, but thanks to its great mod support, any of the annoyances I once could have had with the games have been alleviated. I'll list a few : - Extreme gear scaling : gear is obsolete every level. Very annoying, somewhat fixed by mods. - Overleveling content is easy : All challenges disappear when you overlevel its content ; fixed by mods - Limited Crafting : fixed by mods - Limited visual customisation : fixed by mods If you like RPG, you MUST have that game, no questions asked
