Diablo 1 HD Mod (Belzebub)
Description
The mod is fully playable in English. For other supported languages, localization is partial: while all UI elements remain in English, lore documents and quest content are translated.
Belzebub, or Diablo I HD Mod, is a complex modification for the first installment of the Diablo series, which introduces a number of interesting improvements to the gameplay, a lot of new content and - most importantly - increased resolution.
Belzebub enriches the cult Diablo series with a real mass of intriguing content, presenting it all in HD resolution. The modification adds new locations, missions, spells, skills and monsters, 204 unique items, 170 crafting recipes, several new character classes (Warrior, Sorcerer, Rogue, Necromancer or Barbarian), 28 sets and 105 set items, four difficulty levels available in the single player mode, as well as a host of other gameplay improvements. The developer has also thought of a few additions in terms of interface, support for widescreen, and - as we have already mentioned - full integration with the new Windows systems. There is no denying that there is a lot to it, so every fan of the series, especially of the ‘one’, will undoubtedly not pass by this modification indifferently.

Great Mod / Ease of use
Best Idea ever, one installer and everything is installed, it is a lot more difficult than vanilla Diablo but the other QOL (Quality of Life) improvements are worth it, and honestly with the difficulty you get to level up faster imo so that isn't why I am giving it 3 Stars. My issue - installed it, was having a blast, Windows updated one day then I couldn't launch the game kept saying 2 DLL files were missing, after some research installing MS Visual C++ 2010 would have put the DLLs back, which it did but I still had to copy them to the game directory after. Then a new error persisted, further research lead me to installing DirectX 9 but no change, reinstalling the MOD game brings back the same error. I can still play the Vanilla version which I know I can manually MOD for the QOL improvements at least, but I'll just stick with the Vanilla version cause I don't really like all that tinkering. I know it's not this MOD/GOG's fault it's a Windows issue, it's a great package if it works good for you.
