Diablo 1 HD Mod (Belzebub)
Description
The mod is fully playable in English. For other supported languages, localization is partial: while all UI elements remain in English, lore documents and quest content are translated.
Beelzebub, or Diablo I HD Mod, is a complex modification for the first installment of the Diablo series, which introduces a number of interesting improvements to the gameplay, a lot of new content and - most importantly - increased resolution.
Beelzebub enriches the cult Diablo series with a real mass of intriguing content, presenting it all in HD resolution. The modification adds new locations, missions, spells, skills and monsters, 204 unique items, 170 crafting recipes, several new character classes (Warrior, Sorcerer, Rogue, Necromancer or Barbarian), 28 sets and 105 set items, four difficulty levels available in the single player mode, as well as a host of other gameplay improvements. The developer has also thought of a few additions in terms of interface, support for widescreen, and - as we have already mentioned - full integration with the new Windows systems. There is no denying that there is a lot to it, so every fan of the series, especially of the ‘one’, will undoubtedly not pass by this modification indifferently.

WAKE UP BABE BELZEBUBS ON GOG
Played this mod for years, to the point that any other way of playing d1 just does not compare. I've definitely been annoying about getting people to play this for over a decade now so i'm jazzed more people can experience this amazing mod. Sooooo many quality of life improvements, special effects, new spells & playable classes (well, like 2 iirc... its been a minute) the feature description does not lie. If you're a fan of Diablo 1 or 2 give this a shot!! This feels like its own unique experience.

A fun twist on a classic!
Im loving playing the OG Diablo again. I know some purists complain that it isnt the standard vanilla game, but i think that is a silly requirement for a game that is nearly 30 years old. I like having a nice easy one click install that just works and adds creature comfort to the game and a little d2 flavor! Im streaming a sorcerer playthrough on twitch and will likely do the same with another class when i finish :)
