Diablo + Hellfire

First time in my life - it was pure pleasure 16h in 4 days, good thing it was the holidays, I highly recommend it to everyone, the graphics are on a high level, the music is perfectly chosen and the gameplay itself is pleasant and encourages you to play again.

When Diablo 1 was released, I played until the end. Now after a few years I decided to install and play again. When you play, keep in mind that you are playing an old game and the graphics are not good. Another observation is that the game's controls are relatively simple using the mouse and keyboard keys.

I wanted to replay this great game, and I was not dissapointed.

So if you've never played Diablo but you have played 2 to 4, and you are asking "Should I try this?" The answer is yes. First, this is an old game. There is no run button so your character slogs slowly through the dungeon. And if you don't play the hellfire version, you will slog slowly through town. You won't have a deep inventory and selling stuff is through text menus. So to give the game a fair shake, go in with that understanding. Now if you don't know, the Hellfire part is an unoffical buy offical expansion. This...is very meh. The big problem comes from the ranged units. See if you play as a big burly melee character with very little range weapons, you are going to have a bad time. Why? because the ranged unit s will run away. At the same speed you run. So you can't ever catch up and tap them with the sharp end of your sword. You have to coral them and then tap away. The problem comes with the fact that there are usualy 5 or more (one group I swear i ran into was like 20) blasting you. If you skip the hellfire version or dive into it till you are board its fun. But only in a meh way.
