5 out of 5 for sure
This game dominated the late 90s. A truly epic game, must-have.

Originally developed by Synergistic Software and released in 1997, Hellfire was not an official Blizzard product and did not carry Blizzard’s endorsement or label. Despite that, in response to Diablo players who have expressed a desire to experience the content, Blizzard has given the OK for it to be included as a free add-on with Diablo purchases on GOG.COM.
Hellfire offers a non-canonical single-player storyline where players must defeat a powerful demon named Na-Krul who is threatening Tristram. The expansion also adds a Monk class, new weapons and items, new missions, locations, dungeons, and enemies. Hellfire will be accessible while launching the original Diablo.
Battle.net® multiplayer requires you to configure the Router and Firewall Ports, details can be found here.

Pretty much pap of PC action rpg genre
Still to this day amazing game which was for it's time revolutionary in many ways, from gameplay itself to loot system to randomly yet still logically generated levels and mobs. P.S. Even tho it is an old game, bitching about it costing 10$ for a game that you can play and have fun with for hundreds of hours seems to me completely wacko, especially on site called Good Old Games :D

Overdue return of a classic.
The original Diablo is still just as fun to play today, people who played the game when it was released and fans of the series will no doubt enjoy the game. The randomized dungeons and loot, three classes to choose from, different difficutly options and of course online play allow for a lot of replayability. My only complaints are the same from the original release, you move at a pretty slow pace and to attack enemies you have to keep clicking the attack button instead of being able to hold it while targeting an enemy, both which may annoy some players. It's nothing you can't get used to after some time however and everything else in the game is so well done and stands the test of time. The atmosphere and music is some of the best in series, the difficulty eases you in and challenges you more as you progress, always keeping you engaged. It can be difficult getting your original copy to work nowadays, if possible at all, and GOG did an amazing job on this release, everything works perfectly (getting battle.net to work properly may require a little tweaking), so in my opinon this game is well worth the price.

Be Grateful
So Blizzard finally got us diablo 1, its the starting point, you have to take it for what it is, a gem, i think we should be grateful to blizzard, not just picking and being petty but show some respect, they done their mistakes but then gave us some really great games, now this will never be the same graphic as diablo 2 or 3, but if they keep giving us warcraft 1 and 2, and maybe even diablo 2 with exp, then i be happy.. The price, well you either pay it or you dont, its not rubbery, its not even something to be fuzzed about, its first world problems. Have fun, be safe, have an great day.

Thank you GoG!
I never thought this game would ever be released on GoG, yet here it is. I have played it for about 3 hours so far and it works perfectly. No crashes or lagging. Superb release. 5 stars.
