Diablo + Hellfire

I love the old diablo.. I know it is constant clicking, but it is endless fun, I am still returning to this game from time to time. May some of you will find helpful that years ago I made the list of the Shrines and its effects, you can still find it here: https://www.blafermage.eu/diablo/ It was most definitely a fun to play the diablo in multiplayer, but nowadays I find it hard to setup a game. Any tips for me? I am not using the gog.com version, because I am proud owner of CD version from the Blizzard Classics edition. :)

If you really like good-old-fashioned adventure DOS games, Diablo is a must-ave. Its atmosphere, mechanics, gameplay, plot, etc. It has every ingredient to be a great game and to give you wonderful and unforgettable gaming moments.

I remember playing this after school back in the day and loving it. This is the game that spawned several clones. The updated version for modern PCs is a nice touch. Well worth getting just to see where games like it got their inspiration from.

Playing this again taught me how much I've come to rely upon and expect auto-save.I leveled my rogue up a couple levels and walked into the wrong room and got absolutely wrecked by an overpowered gang of skeletons. That was when I discovered/remembered that there's no auto-save. We had to MANUALLY SAVE our games or lose all progress back then kids. Life was tough. Still, it's a fun game to play, if a bit sluggish and clunky today, and the walking speed sucks. I can't believe I'm getting back into this 20+ year old game again after all this time. There's a reason it was so big and is still being mercilessly and successfully ripped of all this time later.

The first thing that I saw when I played it again was It had two modes. classic mode with its graphics back then then the updated version that just has upscale the graphics. I so say When They Announced this I was All For it. its is my favorite diablo game. most people like 2. but i played diablo 1 way more as a kid. (I was in 2nd grade playing this. and yes my dad let me play this). Its back to its roots of the clunky old self but super fun. if you have the physical copy of the game I recommend diablo HD mod. it the person who made it made the lvl's regenerate after you get off the game and comeback on. so its a good substitute. but if you want classic diablo I recommend it!
