I liked the DLC, no regrets. Just maybe too much "James Bond" and too little "Cyberpunk" in my opinion. Maybe also a bit too much "bitter" without the "sweet", but that's what we signed for here I guess.
I have really enjoyed the game since the major update. The visuals are amazing good frame rate. The smoothness of the game is good. Lighting effects are a major improvement. Looking forward to future updates.
The main story of Phantom Liberty is excellent. It's well-written, well-paced, and full of twists and turns. V is tasked with protecting the President of the New United States from a terrorist threat, but things quickly become more complicated than they seem.
The new district of Dogtown is a great addition to Night City. It's a densely populated area with a unique atmosphere. There's plenty to see and do in Dogtown, including new side missions, gigs, and secrets to discover.
The new characters in Phantom Liberty are also great. Idris Elba plays Solomon Reed, a sleeper agent who helps V throughout the expansion. He's a complex and well-written character, and Elba gives a fantastic performance.
Finally, the new cyberware in Phantom Liberty is very cool. There are new weapons, implants, and other augmentations that can give V a significant edge in combat.
Overall, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is a fantastic expansion. It's everything you could want from a Cyberpunk DLC: a great story, new characters, new locations, and new gameplay mechanics. If you're a fan of the base game, you need to play Phantom Liberty.
Here are some of the things I loved about the DLC:

If you're a fan of Cyberpunk 2077, I highly recommend Phantom Liberty. It's a must-play expansion.
The story and writing is like chatGPT version of every possible cliche in a book. But the thing that grinds my gears is end of the dlc when the game suddenly tries to be an Alien game or SOMA. Add to that bugs (some of which are there since 1.0) and I just can't recommend it.
I pre-ordered the game back when it released on 2020 when it was buggy, and I was able to play that version over the new 2.0 version & DLC. I pre-ordered the DLC and once I downloaded the game, every time I try to play I crash. I created a new character and I can't even get past the corpo intro. Frustrating after doing the fixes online that other people have done and having to install, verify, uninstall drivers, etc. taking so much time. Kinda traumatized with trying to play this game because of the constant crashes when playing and crashes during benchmarks. It is not my pc either because my pc specs are as follows:
CPU - Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU - AMD MSI 6950 xt
RAM - 32gb 3600
Storage - 1tb M.2 Nvme
PSU - 1000w
