Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

Phantom liberty is a great experience. The 2.0 overhaul is great, but Dogtown is just so visually appealing with the grittier overgrown art direction. More fun to explore in my opinion. The story so far is great. Combat is still pretty easy and stealth is not useful most of the time.

First of all - I had to connect two major things - DLC and patch 2.0. TLTR: good but with technical failures (fixes in description) DLC is very good. New things, nice new area, good history. Worthy of 5* But... First there was patch 2.0. Mandatory for DLC. Fixed several flaws but erased all character development tree, removed several items, broke a few (but essential) items. First star removed. And then there was DLC with its technical problems. First - CTD when loading old save. Fixed by turning OFF "HDD Mode". Second (the Major Sin) - random crashes while playing. Fix - turn OFF "cross-platform Saves". REALLY??? Crashes because of GOG Cloud? No Error handling??? So the second star is dropped from result. So here you have - very good additional history broken by technical failures. Five star worthy but made medicore by failes. If the next patch will fix things - worthy of buying. Now - you'd better wait because there is a bunch of other things to fix by CDPR

Filled with mind blowing action and a grpping storyline cyberpunk 2077 phantom liberty is a good game but a side note on pc you may into the issue

I saw these fixes on the GOG forums but I think it's a good idea for them to be here as well since so many people are having problems. This DLC does not have DRM,here is how you play it without GOG galaxy. Go to your installed cyberpunk2077 folder and do this. 1. Go to r6/publishing/x64 then copy and paste the folder named "GOG" and rename the copied folder "null". 2. next go to bin/x64 and delete the file called "GameServicesGOG.dll" And that's it, launch the game and you should be good to go. By the way I think the DLC is great.

Great DLC. Good Story, interresting characters and tough decisions to make. I´m absolutely baffled with what Cyberpunk has become with 2.1 and this fantastic DLC. Oh, and stop whining about a certain mission were you have to play "hide and seek". If you cant beat this mission it´s definetly a you problem. Use your head and get better, it´s one of the best missions in the game.
