Don't know why so much hate...
I understand that it had bad beginning. That they shipped out half-product. But NOW they fixed it all. And should be judged NOW how it is. And for me, now, it is a GREAT game. Very emotional on places, choices matter - even dialogue choices matter (you have secret ending if you say the right lines on right places - and many options are locked if you are an ass to certain NPCs) - and by all means, it feels GOOD to be a motha with a gun. Night city? Best rendered city EVER created. Literary. Even RD2's cities is not that good, considering that it is much smaller. In summary, I would say that RD2 is probably the best open world RPG in this moment, but Cyberpunk is really at its tail, specially with expansion.

Flawed but playable
Pros: - Great atmosphere, really getting the cyberpunk vibes across well - Good music, plenty of choice on the radio - Solid overall story so far (10 hours in) Cons: - Poor performance on my mid-tier machine - Graphics settings don't seem to make much of a difference in helping the performance - Combat is alright but nothing special. The most fun parts are the small interludes where you deal more damage to enemies...those feel more like a shooter. - Hacking and stealth are not required or satisfying to use for most missions as they simply don't yield good results most of the time. In most cases I just ended up having to "gungho" it even though I tried. - Lots of characters to keep track of. I often found myself wondering who I was even dealing with now. The game kind of takes your hand and swiftly guides you from mission to mission without ever letting you breathe. I felt like I needed to do some sidemissions with the characters to really get to know them better or something before really remembering them. - Various bugs, none of which were gamebreaking for me. Shippable but disappointing. - I'm 10 hours in and so far didn't feel the need or even had the mats to interact with crafting at all. None of the weapons I can make are better than what I already looted and I just lack mats to upgrade.

Sad but true..
Good potential to be amazing, but a lot of work needs to be done. In its current state the game is buggy, I experienced no crashes but NPCs are very often affected by a broad sort of bugs. Also sometimes it seems the game is unable to render scenario and NPCs properly, which could be a problem with my rig (1080ti+i7 7700k+ssd v nand), although I believe this is unlikely. But the biggest issue in my opinion is how CDPR worked on controls. Mouse and keyboard feel strange and controllers (always my prefered choice) are simply not an option after all. It is impossible to aim with a controller and I figured out it is a matter of dead zone settings (the dead zone options in game does not seem to correspond to reality). I am confident they will fix bugs and I really hope they will do a better job with controllers, otherwise Cyberpunk will risk missing the point of a video-game, to be fun..
