Poor performance with RTX 3090

Well.. seems to a great game. But the frame drops I suffer under are destroying the immersion. It is unplayable for me. Cd Projekt Red tells us we need a ryzen 3600, 16 GB ram and a rtx 3080 to play RTX Ultra at 4k. Well I have a ryzen 3600, 32 GB of ram, a 3090 and play at 3440x1440, but I get performance drops down to 30 FPS. Especially when I'm driving. In this cases GPU usage goes down to 50%... Horrible. Turning off RTX doesn't help. Lowering NPC's in the word to "low" doesn't help. Really annoying

The realese should have been delayed.

The state the game is in is unacceptable for a 70€ game. CDPR made a terrible decision and maybe ruined a great game with the eagerness to release.

Not ready for release.

There are too many things wrong with this game; it's really unbelievable that it was delayed so many times and still released in this condition. Here's a few things I noticed within 5 minutes of playing: *Can't rebind the F key (among several others) *Can't slow walk (only walk and run; and walk is too damn fast especially when trying to follow NPC characters during story missions without overtaking them constantly) *Can't toggle ADS *Driving controls are slippery as ♥♥♥♥; way too easy to lose traction and start drifting when steering left or right. (Maybe this is a keyboard-specific problem? I don't know. It might make sense though given that they didn't seem to compensate for any other analog aspects such as walking). *Weird texture pop-in issues (looking at an electrical box 3' away then moving 1' closer causes a more detailed texture to pop-in??) *Guns floating in mid-air (presumably where characters were standing at some point??) *Enemy walking outside of playable area during training sequence causing me to have to re-load a checkpoint to progress And those are just the technical issues that *I've* encountered (in less than 4 hours of playing). I've played very little of the actual story thus far (and will probably keep it that way until this thing is fixed). But what little I have played seemed to skip a hell of a lot in terms of exposition. The game feels half-baked. I wouldn't have expected it to release until holiday 2021 given its current state. I can't recommend it right now, and I can only hope that all of these concerns and more are addressed over the coming months. It's really a sad state of affairs how this has become par for the course; that is, for games to release in half-finished states only to maybe (or maybe not) be completed later. All that said, the game is still somewhat of a technological marvel (when it's working), and has fairly competent FPS gameplay, but t he most I can give it in light of everything else is 2 stars for now.
