Alright game with design weaknesses
Game version 1.31 Good: (1) Decent general aesthetics. (2) Great soundtrack and good sound quality. (3) The story and side questlines build interesting characters that are worth investing time in. Bad: (1) Less fidelity and much less character appearance variety/customization options than the promo screenshots suggest. Lack of transmutation and changes in one's own character appearance (hairstyling/bodymorphing/...) are remarkable for a cyberpunk game that heavily builds on subjects like: You can exchange any body part of yours to adapt to your needs, and style is the most important factor of all. (2) OST is very short compared to the amount of actual soundtrack in the game. Iconic pieces are missing. (3) Weapon types and player skill are not very prominent factors in deciding one's effectiveness. Skills and attributes are relevant (rightly so!), but with two problems: (a) they stack multiplicators to ridiculous levels, where you deal hundreds of thousands of damage while high-level foes have a few thousand health points. Even the fastest-firing SMG with target-seeking rounds, designed to have a low damage output, one-shot targets due to this. (b) The main factor in dealt and received damage (or the health pools) are character levels, not skills. The same is true for weapons. You can have the same standard rifle from level 1 that is absolutely useless, from level 20 that rocks and from level 50 that one-shots everything in existance. It makes no sense, and is not fun to play. It also means that you constantly need to cycle through new equipment to keep up, which results in especially ugly outfits: You'll have to switch from your ballistic vest to a bikini to improve your armour stats and can't change the appearance. (4) Main story's urgency conflicts heavily with the open world design and side quests. In the story, you don't have time to do any side content. (5) Big side quests/main story are well-designed. All other side content is generic and extremely bland.

2.0 Still ain't the game they promised.
Came back after a long break. New save. Still the same bugs in the intro: - People talking over eachother in dialogue. - Very first vehicle chase being OP on Very Hard difficulty. - Jackie running you over when he drops you off. - People phasing in and out of walls and objects. - People holding invisible guns. - Human AI pathfinding being all kinds of confused. This is just the first 10 minutes of a new save, which they recommended people do. But they fixed it right?? 2.0 babyyyyy

[Day 1] Huge potential, flawed at launch
The game feels huge, but constantly incoherent. There are tons of glitches, since the very beginning, and a lot of bugs - e.g. the keybindings keeps on resetting themselves for some reasons, of other (like to sheathe your weapon) are not editable. Dialogue boxes overlapping each other, NPCs driving glitches, car disappearing, physics engine glitches, particles glitches,... Honestly, i want to love the game and to play it 2 weeks straight - because of the hype - but right now, i just wanna uninstall it and go back to Skyrim :D The game needs a huge amount of work to be enjoyable. [settings on HIGH - Geforce GTX 1660 Super - no Rtx]

D1 Review
The game is not ready yet. I have encountered several immersion-breaking bugs in my 3-hours playtime so I'm putting it away for now, since I don't want to ruin the experience anymore. Also, the D1 patch had 250 MB. It's not possible this is the big patch that was announced to solve the issues. I don't believe it.
