Unfinished

Cyberpunk 2077 was advertised as an immersive open world RPG and it misses the mark in so many ways. Immersion is broken at almost every turn. From the broken AI to the missing dialogue on the TV in V's apartment. The story it's self breaks immersion more than a few times. Statements like "You can finish the game without doing the main story" are just lies. This game is worse than Mass Effect Andromeda, Anthem or fallout 76 when it comes to missing features and missing content. If you look back at all the promises made by CD Projekt Red since 2012 they have failed to meet a single one. While there are some moments of brilliance, small details like changing gears when riding a bike for example, there are far to many missing features and cut content to fully appreciate what is here. Cyberpunk 2077 needed way more time "in the oven". What happened to releasing when it was done? To many times publishers and developers over promise and under deliver, this is one of those. While I hope CDPR will eventually fix some of what is broken, I don't think they are capable of delivering on their promises.

Fun game but doesn't mean is a good one

As the title said is a fun game but it have too many problems to a point that paying $60 feels like a scam or even paying less than $30 you feel scammed. Don't get me wrong the game is fun and the story of the sidequest are pretty good(better than the main the story) but the gameplay feels like a corridor shooter on very easy. [✓] Beautiful world with unique design. [✓/X] Fun shooting gameplay but really unbalanced, enemies at the begging would feel like sponge bullets and in the end a mix of bullet sponge and living targets. [✓/X] Interesting sidequest story but the objectives are kind of same on each one. [✓/X] Cyberware is kind of fun and cool but it won't change anything of the gameplay on the most part, also there are not consequences if start using a lot of it. [X] Bad performance even on high end PC, with a lot of bugs and crashes(crashes happen less on high end PCs but still happen). [X] A lot of noise on car reflections in case you aren't using raytracing and very aggressive TAA. [X] Some graphics settings are not working correctly or aren't accessible without mods. [X] Hardcode key settings. [X] Character creator is very basic. [X] Choices doesn't matter. [X] Car driving feels like driving on thin ice. [X] The main story focus too much on Johnny and there are a lot plot holes. [X] Unbalance gameplay to the point that the game stop being challenging. [X] Skill tree is unbalance and some skills are useless. [X] Stealth is useless compare to gun running gameplay. [X] Very basic AI [X] Loot system that feels very out place for this kind of game (similar to borderlands and destiny). I can still write about the bad points of CP2077 and won't finish. But on conclusion I repeat again is fun action-adventure game with some rpg-elements(CP2077 isn't RPG) that I only recommend if you buy at a max price of $20 or less.

Too much hpye

While I loved the Witcher series, this game feels like a let down for me. Too many game companies announce their games and only show pre-rendered graphics. Being a next-gen game, I thought that was how the game would actually look. While the game looks nice, it's nowhere near what was shown and felt really misleading. The bugs are so laughably bad and distract from really getting lost in the game. I wish they would have postponed this until it was actually ready. But I suppose getting death threats from bored children didn't help with that. I'm less likely to ever pre-order a game from CDPR based on this experience.

Im not angry, im dissapointed...

With Witcher I became a fan of CDPR. Played all Witcher games couple of times, especially W3. Played board Witcher game, Standalone Gwent and Witcher Tales. I loved everything that CDPR threw at me, but now my attitude changed. Everything that we loved in Witcher 3 in either non existant or turned down by mile in Cyberpunk. So a in little more details what I did/didn't like (SPOILERS): -biggest problem was story. Where is the beginning? Did someone missed their assigment? What is the point of Jackie becoming our friend if our friendship consists of two quest and a cutscene? The ending isn't better...it's also cut too short. -what is the reason of choosing lifepaths? to have some slightly different non story affective quest endings? yeah...very cool -npcs...they just don't work -police...yeah, its even more broken -water looks awful -some of items stats, upgrades, cyberware are glitched, buged and overall broken -weather changes abruptly -your car is even more broken that Roach at launch -I don't know why everyone is so obsessed with Keanu...he isn't right for role of a rockerboy -too little sidequests -almost none random encounters...what happened...in W3 they were on almost every corner? on the other side: +some of the details are trully amazing (for example car models are more detailed, than in most driving games) +most characters are very well written and voiced +those few side stories are trully immersive and breathtaking +main story is also pretty good...atleast I resonate with it more than for example RDR2 or W3 (both being better stories, but not so relatable) because you can see more similiarities with real life. Overall when CDPR will fix all graphical and gameplay bugs this game still won't stand near Witcher 3. Thank you that you showed that even a loved and reputable game devoper can't be trusted so from this point on, no preorders...I don't know what and when something happened, but I want old CDPR back.

Cut Content

To much was promised. And the most of it was cut out.
