Great Game!
I get that the button mashers were disappointed on release - I bought this game as soon as it was released for PC and just played the hell out of it. Didn't notice any game-stopping bugs or performance issues - got a decent rig and a great card - no more than, say, FarCry5 or RDR2. Actually, I liked this game much more than RDR2. My interest waned a bit once I finished the main story line - and I've not been playing it as much since then since, at this point, it's a wash-rinse-repeat and, other than cashing cheeves, there's really no point. I'd really like to see driving controls improved - use the mouse, man! - this is probably my #1 complaint with the game - on PC, driving just consists of dozens of little nudges with the arrow key. YAWN! IMO, well worth the money spent - got dozens of hours of fun out of it! When's the xpac going to be released? I'd buy it...

Best Game Ever Made!
Story: 100/10 - Amazing story brought to life with great characters, an amazing score, and a very interesting world. Gameplay: 100/10 - Surprisingly good. Much better than I expected! Combat and Driving mechanics are solid. Graphics: 100/10 - Best looking open world game. Music: 1000/10 - Best Score of Any Video Game to date. Atmosphere: 100/10 - Amazing Atmosphere just like The Witcher 3. This is something that I think CDPR does best along with music. Animations: 100/10 - The character animations in this game are of the highest quality I've ever seen. It really brings the characters to life like no other game. All in all, this is one of the best games ever made. Especially after patch 1.3 which fixes all of the major bugs.

A good game with an immersive story
I don't think this game deserves all of the hate that it gets in the media and from some of the players. I finished it at the beginning of January 2021, on patch 1.06, I think, and I haven't run into any major or game breaking bugs. At least, there were no more bugs than there were in Assassin's Creed Origins or Skyrim or Fallout at release. The story was quite enjoyable, definitely better that what Ubisoft or Bethesda can come up with. Although I wish there was more of it. Definitely wish that there was a lot more interaction with Panam and Judy, Jackie and Silverhand. I liked all of the interconnected bits of information from various side quests and exploration, although side activities sometimes started to feel tedious, without enough dialogue and story content. I also like that it is a first-person RPG – I feel much more immersed in the game world that way. Performance was okay at release on my i7-6700K, GeForce 980 and 960 EVO NVMe SSD. I think I managed to get a stable 45 fps or higher for the most part on low settings, but at a lower resolution (1680x945 if I am not mistaken). But since my PC was 5 years old at the time I can't really complain, considering the high level of graphics. I play games for the story anyway, not for pretty pictures. I can confidently rate this game as 5 stars. Perhaps this is due to the fact that I actively avoided any news related to Cyberpunk before release so as not to spoil any story details, so I don't know what was promised and not delivered in the final product. There wasn't any real Sci-Fi story-heavy alternative to Cyberpunk since the last Deus Ex game anyway. I am eagerly awaiting any story DLCs for this game, and I hope that CDPR doesn't abandon this game and fixes all of the remaining issues to bring it to the level of quality that it truly deserves. P.S.: Now, trying to release this game for last-gen consoles - that was not a smart move. I think that is the main source of most of the negativity that this game got.

Great atmosphere, authentic world
I purchased Cyberpunk in Nov. 2021 and played it on Geforce Now. Overall a very good gaming experience. 70+ hours played. Mixed main story and side quests. Completing most missions can be done in different ways: sneaking, assault, long range or even meelee, lethal or non-lethal. I am more an RPG player than Shooter but I was curious about the game and if the glitches and bugs are really that bad. Fortunately my gaming experience was not affected or ruined by technical issues. Overall I got what I expected. The mix between shooter and rpg elements is OK, but of course the focus is more on shooting and action. Attributes and perks are not that important as in other games like the witcher 3. I would recommend for the first 20 hours playtime taking perks that are general and do not specialize on a specific weapon. Hacking is a good choice to support/compensate any fighting style Once you tried every weapon you should specialize and pick 1 or 2 weapons to stick to. Items, loot system and crafting a bit chaotic but you can complete almost every mission with any weapon of your choice. While crafting is not so relevant at the begining it gives big advantage at the endgame. Driving: not as smooth as geralt was riding the horse that was semi-autopilot but if you pick the right vehicle it can be fun. Generally in the town I took a motorcycle, sportscar on the highway and SUV in the desert. Open-World vs. main story: I would recommend to focus in the first gaming hours on the main quest and later more and more on sidequests. Difficulty: balanced. However the one or the other quest may be more tricky to master e.g. brawling sidequest. Music and sound: love the radio and different music styles in the game. There are still some sound issues like clacking and dialogue glitches. Main Character and NPCs: for a shooter ok but do not expect such complexity as the witcher 3 offered. Overall I am impressed and looking forward for more content and DLCs.
