Should've been an early access version
+ Graphics are nice but very demanding on high settings - Upgrading GPU to last-gen right now is very unsound economy-wise + City design is brilliant - City is basically dead, NPC AI is nearly absent + Some characters and side-quests are cool - Main story feels rushed, cut and railroaded, main characters' reactions to your final decision are illogical at times while the protagonist him/herself is somewhat dull + Weapons and gunfights are mostly fun - Skill tree, cyberware and crafting system need a lot of work + Vehicle design is excellent - Driving experience is awful + Keanu Reeves - Johnny Silverhand gets tiresome and boring fast --- Bugs, broken quests, input lag, key bindings

Just 2/5
I spent a lot of time in the game. Unfortunately, even after its completion, it is impossible to get rid of such distaste for the cut contents. In general, the game features decently prepared elements, but the rest is below average. Evidently there was at least a year or two left for the game to be completed. The game is barely able to defend itself when it comes to storytelling and attracts attention mainly due to its graphics. The story itself is actually written very mediocre and not only is it shallow, but all the choices are practically completely illusory. Unfortunately, the remaining elements of the open world are already below criticism. The RPG elements in the game are practically non-existent, and neither is any NPC intelligence. The world has nothing to do with the open world because the lack of any meaningful activity makes creating yourself entertainment pointless. Driving is like driving on ice. The fight is amusing for the first few hours, and then the stupidity of the opponents makes it completely irrelevant and is only an obstacle that artificially extends the time in the game. Unfortunately, despite the nice beginnings and interesting moments in the game, it is difficult to give the game a higher rating considering all its disadvantages. And I'm talking about the PC version. I will not even mention technical issues. And I say this as a fan of the universe and the creator's previous games. Just a bad game.

2/5 in it's current state.
Ridiculous amount of bugs and glitches, falling through the map, can't pick up a ton of items, AI is a bit dumb and shoots through walls. They didn't bother to give you 5 weapon slots so you have to enter inventory and switch in and out all the time if you run of ammo on a weapon or want to use a melee weapon, like come on? 1. slot for pistol, 2. shotgun, 3. Auto-rifle, 4. Sniper, 5. Melee. How hard can it be? The dialog options doesn't really matter what you pick since it scripted like in Fallout 4. The user interface need much work, it's way to big window that pop-up to compare items which blocks the view. The "field of view" resets itself from time to time and only way to get it back to 100 is to reboot the game, graphical issues with trees/shadows flickering. No sound when you scrap items, dumb keybinds from start that you have to bind yourself in the game files /userinputmappings, /uiinputactions rather than in-game. The police spawns behind you "the opposite direction the camera is facing" is just silly and dumb. The minimap has some dumb dots as background and it doesn't zoom out enough when you are in a vehicle so you miss turns on the road all the time. The game has dialogs from female npc's which include stuff like = jokes about small pen*ses and limpd*cks, they call themself for queens. The city also has huge pictures of a black female standing with her leg on a white male with him in a dog leash. In one of the quests so will the game really push you to "punch this evil white man and help the black hood instead". Im also very tired of games who can't make normal female npc's, always have to make them the strong woman with an toxic attitude. I was really excited when i got a (physical box) with the game, little book manual as an introduction, a map on the city etc. Unfortunately im very disappointed and can't recommend the game in it's current state, so much is missing from the game and it doesn't feel complete.

Failure on nearly every front
This game falls short on nearly every aspect of an RPG, a shooter and as a story telling medium. The main things you will notice is the utterly pointless dialogue options with barely any incorporation of the character you created with the very limited options. You can literally see where they took a hacksaw to the game and just cut out parts that weren't functioning or they couldn't finish in time. This game literally has a sixth attribute slot that is BLACK, because they took out an attribute and never replaced it or redesigned the UI to adapt. I can't fit it all in here. I tried, I went 1000 words over the limit. Let me simply summarize the BIGGEST dissapointment next to the horrendous driving AI, the scripted railroad missions, the really lackluster city with all it's gangs and factions not caring about how you act towards them, the stupid dialogue options that don't do anything and so on for 2000 words. The biggest dissapointment was the hacking minigame. Which we were promised to be an intricate system where we could access base functions, cameras and so much more from a terminal or enemy that you directly plugged into and hacked.... we got a crossword puzzle. A crossword puzzle you will do over a million times during the game. The same boring match the number sequences crossword puzzle instead of a fun gwent like game where you have to crack through an enemies ICE protection by playing program cards (enemies have no protection against hacks, you can literally take down minibosses in 4 seconds with hacking) you do crossword puzzles. This game was a huge let down. Whoever designed the city itself should be thanked and given a raise cause that person bought you an extra star.
