Cyberpunk 2077

While not entirely terrible and having played through to completion once I will not be replaying. Unsatisfying is probably the best work used to describe my experience. - Myriad of ways of attacking a solution to a mission however this is not actually impacted by your RPG character selection/development - Does not feel like you can impact the world – Gangs as an example could be generic. - Constantly feel disconnected with the world (which is the most disappointing part because it is wonderful) ie Do not like obtaining missions from your phone, characters are introduced willy nilly - too easy Reported bugs have not impacted me at all.

The game autosaves only before a bossfight. It does not let me save even 5 minutes after that bossfight because yOu ArE sTiLL iN cOmBat. Yeah well, screw you. Honestly, what is this? Now I have to do this annoying bossfight over again, yikes. Why not autosave directly after a bossfight or just let me save whenever the f... I want!? Open world? It looks nice, but it's just a fassade. You can't interact with it most of the time. And don't forget the bugs. Jesus christ, it is so full of bugs. They promised so much with this game. I am dissappointed. I will suffer through this mess just to see the end of the story. I don't know if I will ever touch it again after that. Bugs can and will be fixed. But the shallow game design will stay the same.

Same Open World again / Deja-V The same city with the same look everywhere gets old fast and a small deserty area around it doesnt help. 1 romance option per gender preferance in a sexualized world Dont like Pam or Judy ? Your problem ! The game outright lacks bi characters outside of a few short one-night stands. Hassle of Hacking The Hacking minigame is one of the worst minigames in history. Having to enter 3 (!) or more different codes is probably the most infuriating thing the game throws at you. Why craft when you can loot ? Im collecting tons of crafting components but why should I craft anything ? Loot drops are sufficient to play through the game and crafting blueprints are very hard to come by. Cars ? Im walking ! Why should I use a car ? Often, enemy groups are found in side streets so you have to get in and out of your car constantly. Very Rare Random Encounters These are spawned around the map but they are often so far away from each other that it takes minutes to find the next group of enemies. Killed 100 Thugs ... anyone trying to hunt me down ? Nope ! What is worse than having to search for random encounters is walking towards people that should know you killed their friends to remain peaceful. Progression ? Just grind some more hours for 1 point ... I have a 100 hours savegame but Im only at level 17. Odd thing is, my Street Credibility is almost 50. Enemies yield between 5 and 10 XP while needing 2000 XP and rising. Broken Skill System Leveling a Skill to max level shoud reward you with something good right ? Riiight ? Nope ! In Cyberpunk there are these 'ultimate' 20th Skill level Perks and they do ... nothing. Choices ? Bad Ending anyway ... Mass Effect 3 all over again. Why are such endings created ? Did Ron and Hermione die in HP7 ? Did Anna die in Frozen ? No, they stay with the MC because people grow accustomed to them.

Probably one of the most uninteresting stories told the poorest I have played in years. The Side content is where the better stories lie.... but only in a few quests, most of the side content is just generic kill and fetch quests, almost Fallout 4 style. If you came to this game expecting Witcher 3 but Sci Fi you will be MASSIVELY dissappointed. If you came to it expecting just a fun GTA style game you will also be disappointed. Not only is the story and diversity of quests poor, the gameplay is also terrible, Driving is atrocious, Hacking makes combat a joke, which didn't need any help being a joke with how terrible the AI is. The only way this game even manages to have "difficulty" is by making enemies in areas yo uare too low leve for into Bullet Sponges that shot for massive damage, they don't employ tactics and there is not point in attempting to fight high level enemies are there is not much to do except fill them with bullets and the reward for it is absolutely not worth it. Stay away from this. THis game needed another year in the oven and it would still be a mediocre mess. You didn't need to abuse developers in service of this pile of slop,

As wide as an ocean and about an inch deep. What did they spend seven years making? Where's all the features they promised? Why isn't the city as responsive or alive as games made fifteen years ago? I enjoyed playing the game, it's just... ehh, disappointing.
