Pretty much whats in the title, definitly 5/5 once they patch and fix everything.
There is some much good in this game but hard to fully enjoy when audio cuts out during story missions(car being chased by drone), scanning mode stays stuck on and you can't use weapons and have to reload the game to fix it, bodies you try to set down and they going flying around or gib out(like explode), so many things. But I love it, will probably give the game a break and come back when they fix everything.
After a long wait, CP2077 is finally here. Overall it's a pretty fun game, I haven't run into any bugs and the game runs great at max settings, but I have a fairly beefy rig.
Gameplay is fun, but does tend to have the curse of "+5%" damage equipment. Shooting in game is better than I thought it would be. Various styles of play have consequences and heavily leaning into one style, hacker for instance, can easily lock you out of becoming a master of all. Writing is CDPR standard, pretty good. Quests generally have multiple approaches based on your background and skills
Night City itself is incredibly immersive and nails the genre on the head
i was a really big fan of witcher 3 and had a fair bit of interest in cyberpunk 2077. i was skeptical weither or not id like this new game. took a chance on it because the GOG refun policy is very good [imo better than steams] and i was super surprised! i havent really played a game that ive been this into since GTAV single player, witcher 3 and even red dead 2.
im enjoying this very much and will play through all 3 character paths for V. if you really enjoyed the above mentioned games like i did, you wont regret giving cyberpunk a try.
Even with some bugs, I really don't find it so frustrating, knowing that CD Project Red will manage to patch them out in due course. Also, I really wonder, if people really believed that a game so big, can release without bugs? Every other game required patches, this one does too. But it is nothing short of breathtaking and beautiful! :)

I've been 'in game' six minutes short of five hours. I've read and listened more than I have walked and talked. I haven't seen the title screen that suggests the life path prologue is complete and I'm yet to meet Johnny Mnemonic.
In my inventory there are 38 guns and 30 items of clothing. I've been in a number of firefights, which I am gradually warming to, I've accidently killed three policeman, I've tried to start a conversation with anyone that would listen and I've essentially abandoned the main quest to walk (not drive) around Night City.
My PC cries at this game - loudly. A GTX 1070 on high settings in 1440p is a big ask, probably too big for me to tackle the whole game before I upgrade. So yes, perhaps this is a review of Night City rather than Cyberpunk 2077. And let me tell you, Night City is one of the better Open Worlds I have come across, and I know I've barely scratched the surface. Blade Runner is an obvious comparison in terms of aesthetic. That's a compliment.
I've encountered a few bugs, but they are not game breaking. For a game the size, it's understandable. The developers will not get them all pre-release and don't have the luxury of early access for others the identify and inform them of their bugs. Patience is required here, comrades.
I'm reasonably confident in three years time this will be viewed as a major technological achievement, once the rage over bugs and unrealised expectations has subsided. The developers will keep chipping away at the title with improvements, fixes and additions.
