The graphics are ok so is sound , but everything else seems subpar . The new dlc is what should have been free not the outfits or car whatever else it was. Anything else from cdpr I’ll have to see gameplay and see if there glitches before I think about buying.
The basic instinct of survival was the leading role in how the game, stories, and lore feels (I've read every single note and article that the game threw at me before proceeding). The lore is deep and makes sad sense within this fictional world.
This game sincerely trys to make you feel like you MUST play more, you MUST go on to "get to the top", you get a lotta side quests on the way and eventhough I came across one which was focussing entirely on taking a break and enjoying true nature instead of rushing through enemy waves, this game still felt like it always wants me to keep going without breathing or thinking. The place I found this quest in, after all, was the only natural park and it was overloaded with trashpiles and way too many people both of which forfeit any chances of finding inner peace. This is a full-on dystopy and you will NOT feel ANY better after playing it. No matter how much time you invest. It will only get worse. You can truely feel the crunch that the game asks you to put in, to even feel like you had any impact on what's going on in the story, just to experience another backlash. The deeper you get into the story the higher are your chances to feel depressed, and even panicking, because the lack of potentially positive outcome is emotionally devestating long after shutting down the pc.
If you find purpose in brainless splatter and disturbingly realistic desasters, this might be the exact amount of bad influence that you shouldn't even have asked for in the first place.
Once you figured out that the 3 "origin stories" you can choose to start with, break down to "Armed Assault", "Armed Assault", and "Armed Assault", you might have a chance to spend your time more wisely.
Never before did I have a game that put me in front of the question "Can I handle to feel devestatingly depressed for over a week once more, to get those other achievements today, or should I simply forget about experiencing another ending?.
Can't believe how many reviews are shitting on this in the year of our lord 2023.
This is one of the greatest games ever made, on par or better than Witcher 3 and really there is almost nothing else that comes close. Other games in the top 10 of all time are embarrassed to be in the same list as CP2077.
Buy it and play it.

I realized Cyberpunk 2077 is something special, when I played the quest "Heroes" at the beginning of the Act 2. This quest is about the wake of a major character who died at the end of the Act 1. This quest has no action, no chase sequences, nothing. But, what it had was bunch of people celebrating the life of one guy and mourning of the loss of that guy. The writing of this quest is just beautiful , one of the best I have ever seen in any game. The atmosphere that the game created felt genuine, unforgettable. Performances (both voice and mo-cap) are amazing. Even the first person cutscenes feels real. There is something amazing here.
This quest made me realize that CDPR made something really special with this game, with a focus of a cast of unforgettable characters, amazing worldbuilding (rivaling that of The Witcher)( Night City is so well realized that I never fast travel in this game because just traversing the roads of this city is an amazing experience on it's own) and plain fun gameplay.
If you love story-driven games, this game is a must buy, in my humble opinion. I am just glad that CDPR didn't give up on this game and turned it into a game that it deserved to be.
