Good, but ...

The story is amazing, you really get absorbed in it. The environement (if you have good specs) is amazing aswell, the amount of details is excellent although after a few hundred hours of gameplay you see repetitive paterns and constently hear the same songs in the streets it kinda gets boring and anoying at times. Now for the bad parts, same key to skip dialog and go crouch is just insanly bad, you need to get a mod in order to remap these keys. I play with AZERTY keyboard and to change quest subtasks I can't change the key to w so everytime I tap the Z to go foward I change the task, annoying. Lots of bugs and glitches BUT so was the witcher 3 at its release and I was impressed by the fact that from day one I could do all the quests of the game without being quest blocked because of a bug. You may need to reload a save because of a NPC tposing mid cinematic or you have a HUD/Music glitch. If you don't mind the bugs and having to reload from time to time and can't wait to play, go for it you won't be dissapointed. If you can wait, wait. I personnaly loved it and can't wait to play the DLCs. I am fully confident that CDPR will improve the game and stability overtime and it will probably be a one of a kind game in a year at the Game Of the Year Edition.

Good game, nothing stellar

I've player around 100 hours and seen most of the content. Just don't go looking for a deep RPG experience. I like the gameplay, some of the characters are great. The music is great. main story is kinf of meh like in the Withcer 3 (or Witcher I and "Mah koshchey, the result of much labor" kind of great writing) . The game is really unpolished: NPCs disappearing and appearing; cars appearing and disappearing. Leave a guest in the middle to uprade gear, well good luck with that. The objective marker probably decided to go under the world and be unattainable anymore. Cars jumping, Skyrim horse level controls with the motorcycle "see that car there, you can drive on top of it". Whose idea was it to disessamble loot by keeping a key pressed, brings so much immersion and fun to the game etc. I really enjoyed the game but I'm that kind of person who thinks it's fun to dicover glitches. If you're in no hurry to play this, wait maybe 6 months or till you get some new hardware, anyways. No game breaking glitches or even broken missions and zero crashes on my system, BTW. (8350K@4.8GHz (delidded), 32 (3200MHz/CL15) GB RAM, 5700XT, Seasonic Focus Gold 550W).

Had a great time!

117 hrs to complete my 1st playthrough with a streetkid path. Throughly enjoyed it. Yes the game has bugs (99% of them were silly visual stuff that most of the time gave me a good laugh), yes it is a flawed game and it is missing features... but overall i would put my experience on par with the one I had playing The Witcher 3. Positives: - Night City feels and looks amazing - Great Characters - Great Story - Great Music - Good gameplay variety and different ways to approach the same missions Negatives: - The bugs, so many - Keybindings needs to be improved - NPC and Combat AI needs some work - The Open World aspect feels empty, needs more stuff to do to make it more fun - Driving cars feels off As I said I had a great time, but I went in expecting a similar experience to The Witcher 3 and I wasn't disappointed. If you can laugh over the many bugs, I definitely recommend it. The game can only improve if CDPR wants and puts more time into it.

Just Terrible Experience

Got it, couldn't play it at all due to bugs. Didn't find out most were "known issues" for first 3 days. Won't EVER buy another "game" from this developer.
