Cyberpunk 2077

To me, the story, quests, writing, characters are worth a thorough play through at least once. Took me around 85 hours to do in one go, all vehicles and quests, which is less than a buck an hour for entertainment. Economics aside, I truly wish the fundemental, juicy RPG game elements were left in/expanded upon, and the world made more interactive. It seems a lot of areas in the game world just lead to a dead end or unused, untapped space that could have been used for at the very least, an easter egg. I'd love to delve into night city night life, but you only get to see it through a window pane most of the time. I will say the city looked beautiful. Lots of character in the design, just no gameplay attached to a lot of it. It's just sad. What happened? Its just a video game I guess. I don't want to think too much about it. And I specifically mean video game launch and specifically a game from a studio that people cared about. I really enjoyed the game at the launch and I'm one of the lucky who got less graphical and game breaking glitches. But 1.0.4 was bad, 1.0.5 was even worst, 1.0.6 a bit better but graphical core was violated so much that cars couldn't render properly. Now we have 1.5... honestly "free DLCs" are awful. Housing/sleeping is still useless. Graphical core still feal itself bad and the game became unplayable for some of the audience. The last part alone makes 1.5 a failure and put the game in need of degradation. Now CDPR announced that thay are working on new Witcher game. They work on fixing Cyberpunk, making paid DLCs for this game, porting the Witcher 3 on the next-gen and making a new game in the same universe (have a suspicion that it might be related to the awful Netflix series). Sorry, but for as a developer CDPR is striked out of "good developer" list.

Well, we all know the hype and the unfulfilled expectations. But I have now waited another 1 year to enjoy the game. It was worth it. Feels like being in an intense movie. Nice adventure, until now. I'm not done with the game yet.

Played for about 10 hours now. Did a few missions and enjoyed walks around the city. Found some surprising things. Photo mode is great. Had a good laugh when a talking a.i. cab made a reference. Can't wait to find what else the game will bring. Thank you for creating this game for me.

Have you ever watched a good movie, and time goes by, and suddenly you finished it, and you realize how much fun you had that the time went by so fast? I loved the characters and the game design, yes it has some flaws, but that happens with all big games nowdays, I didn't had any issue that I didn't have with other big games, but the difference was that this world threw me into a fantasy that felt so real I felt a little empty when I finished the game, I even miss some of the characters. I will start another playthrough right now just because I can't find another game that made me feel this way, ignore the hate, enjoy your time.
