Good, but not great. For now.
I love every part of this game. Honestly. But the amount of bugs... No matter, those can be fixed.

Great Game with flaws
This is not the world's most perfect game, but that does not mean it is terrible by any scope of the imagination. The story and dialog are top notch so far and it feels like something you would see in a theater. The opening prologue felt a little lengthening but managed to keep my attention (honestly didn't realize I had played 8 hours to this point). Yes the bugs and glitches are annoying but I think every game is expected to have these problems. This should NOT be the norm but we live in the day and age where a hotfix and patch are simple download away. So far the complaints I have are with the minimap size, driving, gunplay, and hacking. The latter is really getting used to the controls during intense combat. Gunplay could be a little bit better while playing on controlling by adding more magnetism to the target or bullet magnetism. Driving on the hand is absolutely atrocious both on keyboard and controller. This leads into the final critique I have so far and that is the size of the minimap. IT IS WAY TO ZOOMED IN! If it was a little zoomed out of asymmetric like it is in GTA V i think the game would benefit. The way that it is now is I have to pull out the map from the menu, disrupting gameplay and find something that is literally across the street from me. When driving a turn comes up and I either miss the turn or I slam in pedestrians, barriers, etc. If the bugs and the 4 issues I describe get a fix I will gladly update my review. As it stands Cyberpunk 2077 is a wonderful game to experience. Yes it has its flaws but with a few updates, tweaks, maybe a mod or two I think it will be listed in my top 10 games of all time!

Mostly Great Game.
This game is mostly great. Story, characters, combat; im having a blast playing it. It is optimized better for a controller; Keyboard Warriors are disappointed by this. I was always going to play with a controller, so I'm glad its well optimized for it. The game has some bugs which will need to be worked on, nothing too game breaking. Fix your bugs and I will upgrade to 5 stars.

Great Game with 1 major problem for me
I am lucky I guess. Got no real problems in 14 hrs so far. Some T-Pose NPCs and minor glitches. Nothing immersion breaking. The game runs at 30-45 FPS on my system, most of the time around 40. (i7 4780k, 1070, 16 GB RAM, SSD) - Setting is Ultra. I enjoy it a lot, but the interface and the keybindings are a mess and show that they focused on gamepad implementation. On PC, we need a separate Key to evade and the option to switch that double tap dash off. That is the biggest problem, because you cant stealth now. Then add a toggle for walk/run. The interface ... salvaging is painful. Give us the option to mark favorites and then add a function to salvage the rest. And why is there no filter/sort for armor value? ;) I bet mods will help here .. but still, dont do the Bethesda and let the community fix all your UI problems. So I have to give the game 4* until these annoying, but fixable problems are done.

Met my expectations
Technical problems: I expected It to have a lot of game breaking buggs but no, i had few minor bug, like people talking while being dead or t-posing. On my rtx2060 I cant play with rtx on or even ultra setting without it in 1080p if i want more than 40 fps in city. Story: First few hours are not that good because it was shown in trailers or gameplay. After title screen its much more entertaining (took me like 6-8h)
