Description
Cybernetic Fault is a satirical adventure game with an anti-science storyline. The player will feel himself in the role of a romantic scientist, who is not shy about his incompetence and puts bold experiments on reality and common sense. He doesn't have time to read the instructions for the equipment and make calculations! Without a decisive break with classical science, the world can no longer be saved!

FEEL YOURSELF A CRAZY GENIUS

In fact, the protagonist is not always right. He doesn't have to be right at all. Sometimes the fate of the world depends on half-educated people, free from unnecessary knowledge. To conduct breakthrough scientific experiments, scrap iron is enough to close the wires. To say a new word in science, just press the red button. Or at least forget something, mix it up. This is science. Welcome to reality!

FIGHT FOR THE FUTURE OF SCIENCE

It seems that circumstances are against your right to determine the fate of the world. Either the faucet with the ferro-uranium liquid breaks down, or the code to accelerate the nuclear reactor coincides with the code to turn it off, or the wires in the mind teleportator get tangled ... But temporary difficulties are not a reason to give up! This is an excuse to grab a sledgehammer and go tune the operating system.

1h 14 min of confusion

I finished it in that Time Frame. I bought it in a packagae for Cheap. Cannot recommend for any Price. This is not a Logic puzzle Game. If Anything it is a hidden object Game where you run around and find the next Trigger or object that advances your Mission Log. The Story and NPC Talks are really badly written (Even from my non Native english speakter perspective). And no NPC is voiced. The UI is not nice. Graphics are OK. Some parts look quite nice, but its all really badly put together. You see a lot of empty or ilogical rooms and some Hallways lead to nowhere or start at a Window instead of a door. Sound is non Existant. The music blares over everything and as I toned it down I noticed that there was NOTHING! No Footsteps, no Mahine Sounds, no Enviromental Sounds. Just nothing at all. it sais the Game is in Early Access, but since it also tells me ingame that last Update was 2020, I concider this a finished abondoned Game ans will not concider the potential to improve.

I wish at least GOG would stop this early access crap wander in. I did not play the game - and I will not. I see to it that I purchase any good game here - there are not that many anyway - but early access is the other side of that life-support games coin - utter garbage 90%. It´s like letting media-designers taking over jobs of artists...

Short text-told story with no guidence

I just finished the game and it is not something I would expected from paid product. The short story is poorly told in a series of text-only notes to be found. Until I reached the end there were few moments when I was asking myself if that is intentional or unfinished - like just jumped between locations. In general there is nothing that would guide you through the game and it is like finding hidden objects. And if an object is visible it won't be interactive until you do some "pre-condition" actions (someone mentioned the orange potions…). The music is almost the only sound in the game. No (sparse) character is voiced.

My bad

I bought a couple of this company's "games" on Steam for a buck or so each and was so disgusted by them that I deleted them permanently from my library, effectively donating the money I had spent to Valve. I own over a thousand games on that platform and I've never done that with any other game. That should give you some idea of what I think of them.
