Crusader: No Remorse™

yes,this is the first crusader.The graphic is nice,the maps are very big and the audio is perfect. 8/10

If the controls don't get you, the conveyor belt bug on the 3rd mission will. You see, the game has a bug that can trigger in the 3rd mission due to the player stepping on conveyor belts during that mission. You will not know until the end of the mission FMVs play and the game then black screens. You must step on at least one conveyor to complete the mission. I endured the controls, which were awful even for the time. I endured the chunky movement, awkward jumping, dodging and shooting in a grid based rpg engine. I grew up on that weird 80s and 90s stuff. There's a good game hidden beneath all of that if you can get to it, but a gamebreaking bug like this requiring such a bizarre solution as "replaying the level avoiding all conveyors and hoping the last one doesn't trigger the bug" was one straw too many for me. I couldn't even bring myself to give 2 stars because, for my experience it is genuinely broken despite being fun at it's core.

Loved this game since I picked it up in a blockbuster at some classic game bin for like 9$ in like 1999 or something. STILL A HIT!

Are joypads supported with this game under Win7? If yes, I will add extra star to its ratings.

It is very hard to play it on mac There is no way, to crouch, and the button controls suck, they lag a lot. Strafing is not working. This series was one of my all time favorites, but it makes the taste bitter, and not that enjoyable, than back those days...
