Clive Barker's Undying

A narrative experience that balances combat setpieces and storytelling flair that probably established the DNA of many modern horror and action games. It's wonderful and still holds up today. There's a reason it's in the Good Old Games library.

After having started this game over 15 years ago, I was stoked to find it here on GOG. Its just as engaging and jump inducing as ever. Great music, great effects, just the right difficulty and what an evocative mood. If someone ever was inclined to update the graphics, that would be the perfect cherry on top. Totally fun.

When we played this game with friends a long time ago, it was interesting but we didn't pay much attention to the plot, for us it was more of a "fresh" shooter. I played this game again this year, immersing myself in the plot in detail. This game is strong in its design, sound, gameplay, excellent story and everything plays very fresh and interestingly. Definitely worth attention, a masterpiece.

I have alway been a long time gamer beginning with Wolfenstein. This game has always scared me but I still love playing it.

The vibe of this game is unmateched.
