Love this city builder game.
I keep coming back to this game every few years. I first played it in the early 2000s and liked it so much I bought the digital version once my disk stopped working with newer systems. Great for time management, resource management, etc. plus the cheat codes are still available online for when you run out of money etc.

THE GAMES IS AMAZING GAME
I USED TO PLAY THIS GAME AS I WAS A KID. I have added a star just because GOG GALAXY app will not allow me to Play the game ( OPEN the game ) and i have paid for it !! Pharaoh is working properly but not Caesar 3 and i am fumming !!!!!!
