Unplayable. That's all
I am a big fan of Blood. This version is really a nightmare. The process of saving takes about 20-30 seconds and, often, leads to crash. This looks like an early alpha, not the final build of the game. A nightmare.

Did you remember years ago when we had to sign for releasing the source code? I do remember. Now with this game it's like playing in the old Dos. Good work. The waiting has taken reward.

Omg the best remake since brutal doom
I was teen when i i fell very happy ahe a great games , like Blood,Hexen,Heritic,Doom,Quake,D3D,Wolf3d, i miss that times the games was made with Sould not to sell more!!! I played som much on zandronum MP, and now this gem with sal -33% i can let hhim out my precious Blood!!! Better them steam i refund it. Thank u GoG for put a classic and epic game

Solid port of a great 90's FPS
Despite having a few issues in the inital release (youtuber Civvie 11 did some good before/after vids), they've sinced patched most of these and this is now just a great way to experience this fantastic classic (including some great new features like FOV The game itself is a beloved classic for a reason - the horror atmosphere, Caleb's character (and wisecracks), the weapons and gunplay (the sawn-off is so much fun, and raining napalm over a horde of cultists is just excellent), the cultists and their fanatic language (crudux cruo!), the level design, the excessive gore, the cheesy af cutscenes - everything just works, and with this port, it's easier to play than ever, and still faithful to the original. Having said that, new players should know what they're getting into - this game is hard, even by 90's FPS standards (and probably the hardest Build engine game, imo), and I'd suggest trying the second lowest difficulty if you're new, rather than the "normal" setting. Cultists have ridiculous hit scanning and if you're not prepared, you will die pretty quickly - so make sure you're taking advantage of quicksaves. The game runs well, it's fun as all hell, and I highly recommend it.

personal favourite fps
Can't wait to replay it once again. This game truly is a gem - not only for its time... IMHO a must play masterpeace. What Wolfenstain has started, Blood had mastered to perfection. 10/10
