Gather your party, and return to the Forgotten Realms in a tale of fellowship and betrayal, sacrifice and survival, and the lure of absolute power.
Mysterious abilities are awakening inside you, drawn from a Mind Flayer parasite planted in your brain. Resist, and turn darkness against itself. Or embrace corruption, and become ultimate evil.
From the creators of Divinity: Original Sin 2 comes a next-generation RPG, set in the world of Dungeons and Dragons.
Choose from a wide selection of D&D races and classes, or play as an origin character with a hand-crafted background. Adventure, loot, battle and romance as you journey through the Forgotten Realms and beyond. Play alone, and select your companions carefully, or as a party of up to four in multiplayer.
Abducted, infected, lost. You are turning into a monster, but as the corruption inside you grows, so does your power. That power may help you to survive, but there will be a price to pay, and more than any ability, the bonds of trust that you build within your party could be your greatest strength. Caught in a conflict between devils, deities, and sinister otherworldly forces, you will determine the fate of the Forgotten Realms together.
Forged with the new Divinity 4.0 engine, Baldur’s Gate 3 gives you unprecedented freedom to explore, experiment, and interact with a world that reacts to your choices. A grand, cinematic narrative brings you closer to your characters than ever before, as you venture through our biggest world yet.
The Forgotten Realms are a vast, detailed and diverse world, and there are secrets to be discovered all around you -- verticality is a vital part of exploration. Sneak, dip, shove, climb, and jump as you journey from the depths of the Underdark to the glittering rooftops of the Upper City. How you survive, and the mark you leave on the world, is up to you.
allows you to combine your forces in combat, and split your party to follow your own quests and agendas. Concoct the perfect plan together… or introduce an element of chaos when your friends least expect it.
offer a hand-crafted experience, each with their own unique traits, agenda, and outlook on the world. Their stories intersect with the entire narrative, and your choices will determine whether those stories end in redemption, salvation, domination, or many other outcomes.
based on the D&D 5e ruleset. Team-based initiative, advantage & disadvantage, and roll modifiers join combat cameras, expanded environmental interactions, and a new fluidity in combat that rewards strategy and foresight.
through your choices, and the roll of the dice. No matter who you play, or what you roll, the world and its inhabitants will react to your story.
allows you to pause the world around you at any time even outside of combat. Whether you see an opportunity for a tactical advantage before combat begins, want to pull off a heist with pin-point precision, or need to escape a fiendish trap. Split your party, prepare ambushes, sneak in the darkness -- create your own luck!
There are already fights with 20+ fighters in the introduction, it's scary to imagine what will happen next. It's very depressing to watch every miserable goblin acts in turn, and it´s an important cause to cut the party normal size.
There are a lot of skirmishes with easy opponents, it's boring to waste time watching and planning turn-based combat for this.
I hope there is still a chance to stop this turn-based madness and create an optional real-time. In any case I will be playing Baldur´s Gate 3 and I will get the pleasure of the story and roleplay which, apparently, will be great. And suffering the hours of annoying battles.
Alright, folks, pull up a chair and gather 'round, because we're diving into the pixelated brilliance of Baldur's Gate 3 – a game so enchanting, I forgot I had a real life. Remember when we thought sliced bread was the best thing since... well, ever? Move over bread, there’s a new game in town, and it's not just your regular run-of-the-mill escapade – it’s Baldur's Gate 3.
From the moment the game loads, it's evident: my social life was about to take a severe hit. The graphics? Crispier than my grandma's fried chicken. The story? More compelling than my aunt's tea-time gossip. And the gameplay? Smoother than that questionable pickup line from the guy at the bar last weekend.
Larian Studios clearly sold their collective souls to some mystical entity (or maybe just a Beholder) to produce a game this rich. Every character seems alive with their quirks and unique dialogues, and if you haven't tried voicing them out loud in your best dramatic overtones, are you even playing it right?
Every decision I made in Baldur's Gate 3 felt weighty, and trust me, choosing where to brunch on a Sunday has never been this difficult. Whether I was scaling treacherous terrains, forging alliances, or just making a tadpole-induced friend (no spoilers!), every moment was an adventure, a challenge, and a chuckle.
Speaking of humor, the game's wit is sharper than a rogue's blade. It never misses an opportunity to offer a sly nudge or wink, reminding you that even in the direst of circumstances, there's always room for a chuckle.
In conclusion, Baldur's Gate 3 didn’t just raise the bar; it launched it into another dimension. If this game were a dessert, it’d be a seven-layer cake, with each layer more delicious than the last. So, do yourself a favor: dive into the world of Baldur’s Gate, but maybe warn your loved ones first – they may not see you for a while. A game? More like a lifestyle.
Wow, just a world class game! It has a very good atmosphere and the voice actors are excellent. Unfortunately it somehow lack the atmosphere of the predecessors. It doesn't feel like Baldurs Gate 3. Nevertheless, I can only recommend the purchase!

Let's see,where to begin?
-No notion of gender in this world, only body type 1 and 2,but you can slap a p***s on a female character and vice versa.
-Devs scolding you via tiktok for creating white male characters in early access,in order to indoctrinate you.
-Male companions constantly harrassing you to have gay sex with them.
-Degenerate sex scenes that include but not limited to goblin toe licking.
-Bestiality sex scene with a bear.
-No feminine female characters to be found anywhere whatsoever.
-ALL races of ALL different skin colors(black dwarves etc) live together in harmony, including the evil Tieflings.Every race is treated the same,so they might as well not exist at this point, except the bad guys ,the Githyanki.
All the above lead to a flat,uninteresting,non-believable vanilla world that to be fair is inherited straight from the tabletop culturally appropriate 5th Edition.
-Most of the physically strong characters NPCs or companions are ofcourse female, just like in real life.
-Drag Queen NPC in a D&D game!
-The game has nothing to do in terms of tone and mood compared to the previous installments.
This practically Rocky Horror Show.
You cannot take it seriously because it doesn't take it self seriously and neither does you as a player.
-Unskippable Dice Rolls for hours upon hours upon hours upon hours.
-Horrible 5th edition combat rules that even though were adapted for the game, they still result in problematic combat experience.
So all in all a 10/10.
You just have to love a game tailored for "modern" audiences.
