Baldur's Gate 3 - Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade

Despite the most recent review saying everyone is wrong, it has been 4 days since I purchased this and I still do not have the in game content. That content, according to what I read online, is found in the traveler's chest in camp. Well, not in my chest. Not in any chest I've seen. I've contacted support but have not heard back yet. The out of game content is quite well done and easily downloaded. The game is probably my favorite game ever. I have 50+ hours in and truly love it.

It's amaizing. But be aware it can take all of your time

Since Divinity Original Sin II we knew that Larian have all what it takes to create great RPGs. Still Baldur's Gate 3 exceeds all expectations. It's breathtaking graphics, addictive gameplay, rich story and memorable characters combined wtih the classic Forgotten Realms lore place this title at the pinnacle of modern role playing games. Clearly in my all time TOP3 of the fantasy RPG genre together with Bioware's Dragon Age: Origins and CDPR's: The Withcer 3: Wild Hunt. Begging for additional DLCs please!

I’m about half way through act 2 so roughly half way through the game but it’s hard to be sure. It’s an amazing game. I was looking forward to BG3 for some time and was a little concerned they would mess it up as often happens with remakes of favorites. But They out did themselves with this one. It brings to life the chose your own adventure concepts in ways I didn’t think possible. I was anxious about the 5the edition rule system as I stopped being impressed with the rule set Wizards put out some time around 3.5. But they made a few minor tweaks to fit it to the video game medium and it works. This is as close to a perfect game as I have ever seen. My only bits of criticism fall in to the annoyance category and nothing more. The camera perspective should be less restrictive. And the inventory management system is a bit of a mess. Also, PC gamers can have widely different experiences with this as there are near infinite combinations of hardware/software. But this has been darn close to a bug free release in my experience. Thank you Larian, You made a master piece I will likely be playing for years to come and you have done a perfect job remaking such an iconic game.
