    TIP OF THE ICEBERG
The game is designed in the "action-reaction" way and there are no obvious choices. Beat the game once and then be curious "What if I would do it differently". Sometimes it's something small but from time to time you'll see huge differences. The smallest things can be most rewarding.

    Unusual and Interesting Game

I don't usually write reviews, I'm not good at it, but I felt I had to say something about this very enjoyable point-and-click adventure. This game has a unique feel to it, I've honestly not played a game quite like it. This may be a bit easy for seasoned adventure players, since it is one of the few of this type I actually finished, though this may just be because the dream logic thing really appeals to me, so I kept coming back to try again. Also I only got the evil ending, and I'm going through again, trying for the good ending, which seems considerably more difficult. Don't punch the crows, man, that's not the way to go! There, told you I wasn't good at this, anyway, I enjoyed it enough that I just bought the next one - Bad Dream: Fever, I'll let you know.

    Original and unsettling. Excellent value

I've been playing point-and-click adventure games for the better part of 30 years so I'm always on the look-out for something that tweaks the tried-and-true formula while remaining faithful to its essential components. Bad Dream: Coma is a perfect example of that. Its puzzles are clever without resorting to "moon logic" too often, and everything feels planned out. Its simplistic art style might turn some people off, but I found it to be a really rich experience. The world and feel its style helps create is genuinely creepy at times and really worth seeing for yourself. The game offers multiple pathways/endings, so there's solid replay value. I was able to beat the game in about 12 hours, only getting a hint from an FAQ once. The game's attention to detail is what makes it great. Clicking around the screen will yield different sound effects depending what you click on, and the music heightens the game's eerie, ominous vibe. The story isn't stunningly complex, but true to its name it really does recreate the feeling of being in a weird bad dream. Unfortunately the sequel, Bad Dream: Fever, made some questionable choices that were a big let down for me, but I absolutely loved Bad Dream: Coma.

The better of the 2 games in the series

....but comes with its own set of problems. Art is not as good as the 2nd game. Interesting emotional story but endings are unsatisfactory. A few moon logic puzzles there, a good amount of pixel hunting, an interesting bleeding system that isn't very well implemented and a whole lot of achievements to collect. Mouse cursor could 'bleed' on the top layer sometimes covering spots to find key items in. Implements an alignment system with different ways to play but sometimes you're sucked into the 'bad' scenario and are locked out of the 'good' and 'neutral' paths because you accidentally clicked on something. This is the better of the 2 Bad Dream titles and one I would recommend.

    Great quest horror

When I saw trailer to this game, I decided to try playing. I love horror, but never play in quest-horror games. This product has atmospheric grapics, sounds and other elements that make the heart beat faster. Strongly recommened horror-loving players

    Great little horror adventure game

Great little horror adventure game that really gives you a choice about how to play. Also getting the different endings involves different gameplay scenes and puzzles so it feels fresh and not just rehashed. It could have been a little longer, but it is worth a purchase if you love adventure games.
