Memories from Childhood
I always wonder how strong are childhood memories. This game is dark with desperate atmosphere of the conquered land... A reason to play this game could be the same as for watching horror films, lack of dark emotions.

Awesome Classic by A company I loved
The intro and some cut sequences look primitive by today's standards but I loved this game quite a bit. Automapping you could print, somatic spell casting, decent voice acting for the time and a good blobber all around. Originally I guess I always got the bad ending. I honestly thought that was the only ending and that the hero had to sacrifice himself for all; sort of like a JC bible story I guess. Years later I read there is a story end where you live. Still, that stayed in my brain for a long time. Death animations are awesome.

Not the best but a worthy classic!
It's not the best of the dungeon crawlers, and it has many of the same problems but it is still a pretty nicely done one, certainly it will challenge and frustrate you but in the end that's what you expect from this genre. This game tried some new things, not all of them worked but you can see that there were attempts at innovation. So glad I voted to get this added here :)

Dull
Could not get into this at all. It got boring so fast. On a technical level I have no complaints, I prefer the "step by step" scrolling and I love dungeon crawlers, but boy is this one DULL!
