Ancient Enemy

Honestly, this game is not that bad at all by any means, the game turn base magic, defense and attack card system allows you to combo up or down, until you one shot your opponent. The art style maybe be gloomy, but the story is actually decent. Recommend playing this game.

Fast Paced RPG Battle-Card game that is easy to learn and play!

The battle system is interesting but it does starte to get boring soon but as the game is not that long it does not affect the actual gameplay. It also has a nice little story to go along with

Ancient Enemy is a rather pretty game. However that's about it when it comes to it's strong points. The story is well written but rather bland, oozes pathos and frankly overstays it's welcome, despite being short. The RPG mechanics feel undercooked, or like an afterthought. The gameplay itself is decent. Though the combat felt like a lost opportunity to be engaging and feel like a combat. It's sad, really. The game shows it has potential to be something much better. As it is now it isn't bad, as I had some fun, but it isn't good. Hence, I'd grade it as a solid 3. I like this game, first of this type for me, solitaire+rpg, the graphics are good, on normal you can re-try the hand, the music it is nice, the story it is so-so written, the gameplay it is fun.
