Excellent writing, unfortunately
The writing is excellent and the choices are very important. Every false step we take will sooner or later come back to bite us in the butt, and that's horrible. The ending is absolutely incredible, it's... just wow, my heart still hurts.

Great In All The Right Ways
Pros -Well-written story and dialogue. Except maybe a couple lines, none of the writing feels forced, awkward, or contrived. This is by far the strongest point of this game imo. Honestly pretty much every ending hit me right in the heart and the build up from just enjoying a horny time to the emotional payoff in the end was expertly done. Probably my favourite writing in any adult game. -Lots of opportunities for hot, sexy scenes with a surprising amount of branching paths but not so much that you need to write an entire notebook worth of stuff to keep track. -This is jumping off that last point with the branching, the game offers a healthy amount of replayability because you have to pick a starting "trait" and they can result in completely new dialogue or choice options. Cons -As I said in the pros, the scenes are sexy, but the animations aren't the top of the line. They work and get the job done and aren't bad by any means, just not the best. -The actual look of the models and the world in general seems a tad plastic. They make up for it a lot with the excellent writing, facial expressions, and posing but compared to some of the best looking 3D adult games out there, this one does fall short of those heights so you'd be a bit disappointed if that's what you're expecting. To summarize, the game looks decent, characters are hot, story and situations are hot, quite a bit of branching paths with lots of sex and you get to enjoy the best writing in this industry. Highly recommend!

Quality of this VN is amazing. Story does not go where you think it will! Okay, part of does, but not the whole story. Experiment with different actions, no two replays are the same (unless you make exactly the same choices!), there is always a consequence for an action somewhere.

Dr PinkCake has a very good style of story telling. Sure, some choice don't matter to keep the narrative going. I found myself curious to what was before the creation of BeingADik. This game will give you a none mini game experiece, having you deal with choices that you can and can't control. That's life right there. I crave more for this type of content, the adult part of the game is less significant, the story is what important. It's the topping to the already delicious cake. It's about a man who's heart is broken, his old college friend Liam being a support to him during those times. One fateful day he goes to a store out of whim, there he meets a girl name Megan. From there everything unravels. I thank Dr PinkCake for creating these stories and giving them a visual.

Too Dark... Too Creepy...
Being a DIK was a lot more fun, interesting, complex with routing and 50 shades of grey lighter than this one! Art is nice and the story would be fine if not for the psychos, extreme violence, brain trauma, etc Horror movies are not my thing either or violent psycho themed books; I simply do not find them enjoyable. If you do you'll probably love this one. This offering is not what I play games for.
