A Plague Tale: Innocence

Bought this game when it was on sale and thanks to the high rating reviews. Oh boy, did i make a mistake. Let me share my opinion on this game. Gameplay: Repetetive and boring. In my opinion, in game such as this should not be any kind of comabt and if there has to be, then i would prefer something in quick time event style rather than slingshot. Also the material-collecting and crafting are just redundant. The only thing i liked about the gameplay was the rat avoiding parts. Stealth is just ridiculous... Graphics: Graphics of this game are beautiful and the only thing i can complain about is optimatization, but in summary graphics are big plus of this game. Story: If you are fan of Telltale games(as I am) RUN AWAY FROM THIS GAME. The "story" is soooooooo boring i can't even describe how much boring it is. Played the game for about 8 hours and can not bring myself to finish it. Amicia is ok but Hugo...how i hate him-annoying little brat with super annoying voice. Other characters easily forgetable-Meile and her thief brother are just plot devices and not proper characters. Rodric as well. During my 8 hours of playing i did not meet even single character that i would care about. In summary great graphics, everything else meh or just bad

basically a walking simulator with light stealth and combat, the stealth is bare bones and pretty much has a set path 100% of the time, the combat is just aiming rocks at either slow or stood still peoples heads, the only positives are the great graphics and the decent storyline, only worth it with a huge discount

This is a visual feast with very little else going on. They spent a lot of time polishing the visuals to a mirror sheen, and the historical accuracy is commendable. However, the writing is kind of dull, the gameplay is a complete snooze at the best of times, and you'd probably have a better time just watching a full playthrough than actually playing it. There's interesting visual tech and develoipment here, but it's wasted on a game that just isn't fun.

Download all 10 of the files then when running the setup it tells me that number 9 is missing which it isnt but doesnt work all the same.

This game is boooring. Game is linear to the point i've almost quit before end. Also complexity of the "quests" is on very low level. Really - Duck Tales for NES had much harder puzzles. Also I've completed this game in about 12 hours. Really? 12 hours. For me cyberpunk was short with almost 40 hours of normal gameplay. Also 12 hours for $20? No way. Not any more.
