Most old arcade games are thankfully backed up on the internet to be enjoyed forever but newer arcade games generally dont get this luxury. They are offered for subscription on dodgy websites if their files are dumped at all and rarely if ever will you see a port to PCs or consoles now. A lot of new arcade games are mobile-adjacent shovelware so its not a huge loss, but this game is clearly a labor of love. As far as I managed to gather, the realm of lightgun games have almost never got a roguelike experience done well before which boggles my mind considering these kinds of games are made to be replayed again and again. Such a unique game deserves to be a bit more than a footnote in 13 arcades in america only.
