Story:The original 3-D Ultra Pinball game was released in 1995. This game is based on the space simulation game, Outpost.
There are three tables named Colony, Command Post, and Mine and each table holds a set of five challenges. Smaller "mini-tables" are featured with their own set of flippers.

This game was the first time I played a pinball game that felt like a real video game re-imagining rather than a copy of the physical game. I played it with my family for so many months until the follow up came out, and Creep Night just completely blew me away. The original is still one of my fondest memories.
3D ultra pinball was a great change from the pinball machine table top formula. Each release was themed and created a different atmosphere for each one with very different game environments for each. The replayability was mah better than the standard pinball machine systems of its time with great graphics and soundscape. There were always new achievements you would have come across in each playthrough that you would have not previously seen, always wanting the player to come back to find something else that was new. If this was bought back to GOG, playing this on a larger modern monitor and a good set of speakers or headset would be a refreshing experience for any player, especailly the pinball enthusiast.
Oh man! This was a time waster for me and I really loved this game!
Can be played "history mode" where you can play all the 3 tables in the same game or you can play each table individually.
It will need some fixing because it was made for low resolution screens (lower than 1024x768), but the sounds, the annoucer, the action, the speed and the fun make this pinball game totally worth it!
This is one of the computer games that took up a lot of my childhood. I would do extra work around the house to earn "computer time" to play this game. I would love to play this again with my kids one day.
