So Disappointed

Not worrth the $0.95 I paid. My experince is as follows. Load up the game to find that it does not have full controller support and you have to use the mouse and keyboard on all menus. I tried to customize the controller mapping and it screwed up the whole thing; I had to go deep into the game files in the %LOCALAPPDATA% folder to find and delete the config folder to get it back to default. I get into the game to find that the car sound effects cannot be turned off at all, even if you turn them off in the menu. During the game play all you can hear is the car engine. I wanted to hear the music, in a game about music. It was very difficult to hear it. In the driving part of the game, it's rather chill, until it throws some sharp turns at you and if you hit the curb, you crash and have to start over. Out of the 19 minutes I played this game I spent 15 trying to fix the controlls and 4 min actually playing. Music is good though, if you can hear it.

It could be better but it's already good

I think that this game has a great potential. First, let's look at the pros: - Great music - Great atmosphere - Great graphics - No bugs, except one on the gas tank level which made my car lower Now, let's talk about the cons: - The collisions make us reset directly, even if we're at 20km/h, I think that adding a system that is rating our performance would be better a choice and if we take no damage we get a perfect score. We could also keep the aspect of one life but changing it depending on the speed we're driving - The inputs are a bit clunky and not really well done, especially on controller (I was playing with a Xbox controller, don't know for the PS one) . The fact that we can't go through the menu with a controller is not really a big deal but it would be great to add this. - The camera is not really well done, we can't really control how is the camera placed. - I only speak english and french so I don't know for the other translations but the french one is pretty bad... it feels like it was made by google translator like "Contribution" for "Input" whereas it should been translated as "Contrôles" or things like that. Except this con, I really like this game and hope it evolves in a good way. Thank you for this game !

This is fun as is. Clearly a dev build though. Has ALOT of potential! Devs, please finish this, you've got something good going here!

Surprisingly unrelaxing

The basic flaw is simple: - Touching the curb is instant death. - The curb is invisible. So, there is no warning (on the road shoulders), no damage system ('lives'), just a complete reset if you drift from the centre of the road. One can't drive with precision because it is too high risk, and one can't chill.

Well, nope.

I'm a sucker for a good synthwave themes and was pretty excited to see this game. I have played it for a couple of minutes and I regret purchasing. First of all, after selecting New Game, it loads for so long, I was pretty sure it froze and I'd need to reboot my pretty decent PC. Then you are suddenly on the street next to the car, you can enter through to both front and back seats (why???). Inverted mouse view was a little painfull, but well, that's life, I'm here for a ride. Oh boy, the ride. As soon as you cross the invisible edge line, it's over. Game does not play any games, you either are here to win, to drive slowly and follow the line, or be prepared for a lot of "OMG WHY????". What's the worst of all, it's just boring. The setup is not sophisticated enough to tingle my synthwave sensors, it looks like a never finished sketch of a project.The music is OK tho'.
