Unique and artistically creative

This game had a bunch of new ideas I haven't seen before in gaming and it looks like concept art come to life. It is beautiful, mystical and highly original, yet it does have a logic. The puzzles make sense even if you don't always know what exactly you're doing. On the downside, the gameplay mechanics and dealing with enemies is annoying. Truthfully this game would have probably been better with even less enemies (maybe just keep the boss fight). Reloading guns, getting up after a fall and moving around is all very slow which can be frustrating. In general however, this game is definitely worth going through the little annoyances. It transports you to a fully realised world like you've never seen before.

Excellent art style and atmosphere

Graphics in this game is one of the best i saw and game itself is very unique and atmospheric. Combat is good too.

Could have been great.

I really wanted to like this game, but it just isn't working out. The art direction and atmosphere are there, but its issues really knock the wind out of you. The biggest detractor for me is the combat; it does practically nothing to warrant its inclusion, and I can't help but feel the game would have been much better without it. Puzzles are another sore spot; they're often very long-winded regardless of complexity and don't feel satisfying to complete given how tiresome they tend to be. Areas traversed are also very complex and confusing and offer no guidance, such as a map; I personally had little issue with them, but they are undoubtedly going to compromise the experience of many. Ultimately, the game drags and feels like a slog given these shortcomings, completely negating any joy to be found in its unique concepts and visual quality. It is at its best when you're moving along and watching the story unfold, but the bulk of what you do feels like no more than busywork. If the game had no combat and reworked puzzles, being focused more on exploration, I'd likely give it four out of five stars, but as it is, it can be borderline painful to play and likely not worth your time. There's a ton of potential here, but sadly not much more.

I LIKE IT A LOT

This game and its world are amazing. The puzzles were good and hard. The game meakes you explore and the combat is survival horroreske and there in nothing wrong with that. If you like Aliens or 40k just play it. It's so cool. It in not just a walking sim it's a full fledged game with lots to offer. Negavtive reviewers didn't finish the game and didn't read into the lore enough I promise you.
